I recently placed an order with UV Skins and was absolutely thrilled with the customer service received! The representative was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure I received the discounts as offered (even after I already placed my order). This is my first experience with UV Skins and I am very impressed! I am a UV Skins fan!

Love love love UV Skinz clothing for my baby! Such cute patterns and outfits (particularly the hooded sunzies!) Grateful to have quality clothing along with sun protection since he’s still under 6 months and can’t use sunscreen yet. They were also incredibly fast at responding when I had questions about a return and exchange.

My son has albinism so it’s especially important he has full UVB protection whenever possible. I was excited to find pants for him as it had been challenging to hunt down in the past . Once I ordered, there was a small issue with the delivery address - UV Skinz was there to edit it almost immediately and I was very grateful for their support

I made an error on two consecutive orders in the same evening. First the chat bot advised me of what could be done after hours and how to proceed. Then I received an email offering to correct the errors. They responded 3 times over the evening (Friday, after hours). I already know the products are great as I have been a customer for 5 years. The kids enjoy the UPF swimwear styles and get 2 years wear with sharing.

II do not order swimsuits at any other place except UV Skinz and have been for many years . They are an amazing company and their products do protect you from the sun. I had questions on a few item I needed to exchange and one was a final sale. I emailed the company and got a quick response that they would let me exchange even the final sale item. I do not know any other company that would do that. I recommend them to all of my friends. Their customer service is so amazing!

I had missed a promo code and was unable to cancel and reorder in order to take advantage of the promo code so I emailed UVSkinz and they got back to me incredibly quickly and refunded my card the amount of the promotion. The customer service reps were so kind and so efficient, my shipment even shipped that same day! I cannot wait to get my order and will happily recommend this company to friends. 10/10 service!

Literally the best customer service and products! I didnt recieve my free shirt with my May order and felt a little awkward asking for it but they shipped and sent it with no problems! The customer service team got back to me right away and even followed up when I didnt see the original email! They could've easily let it go but they made sure I recieved it. Awesome company will be buying again also their products work perfectly my little guy hasn't gotten a sunburn and we are outside 10+ hours a day!

I have a uvskinz swim fabric shirtdress that I purchased 10 years ago when I was living in San Francisco. It has been all over the world with me in that time and I am not exaggerating when I say it still looks as good as new. The only sign that my dress is so old is the wear on the beads on the drawstring. Do not hesitate to buy from uvskinz. I live in the UK now and know the shipping may make you think twice about ordering. But if you do, you will not regret it.

The fabric itself has held up really well! The colour has not faded at all even after a decade of heavy use. In addition to the sun protection, it is quick dry, wrinkle free and lightweight.

The amount of stretch in the fabric makes it comfortable to wear when doing active things like hiking, but it doesn’t stretch out when wet or over time.

The fabric is quite durable. I’ve slid down rocky slopes on my bum when wearing this dress (when I was too scared to descend upright) and there was no damage. It has also survived laundry services in SE Asia which can be quite tough on clothes.

The XS was the perfect fit for me (I’m usually a US size 4, UK size 8). It’s tight fitting enough that the dress looks good when worn on its own, and not too bulky if I add a sweater on top. And it’s loose enough that I can layer leggings underneath without it being too tight. Even heavy leggings for colder climates.

This is my go-to for pretty much everything: camping, beach, travel, comfy plane outfit etc.

I spent a lot of time researching low-tox UPF clothing and finally found UV skins. I emailed them asking exactly what their baby clothing was made of and got a really thorough and thoughtful response. A team member explained their products are free of harmful chemicals, BPA’s, and PFA’s. They also ensure their products maintain the highest safety standard through 3rd party testing such as “SCS international, MTS, and Intertek.” To top it off they only collaborate factories that adhere to WRAP testing and inspection. This is so great because this means they’re ethically and responsibly made.

We received our order and could not speak more highly of this company. The baby swimsuits and the everyday baby rompers are so cute and great quality. My babe will be living in the rompers all summer. It’s such a relief not having to wrangle him to coat his body in sunscreen multiple times a day. The sun hats have also been so great because they cover face, ears, head, and neck.

We just placed another order to make sure our baby has outfits and hats than are sun protective for everyday!!

I am new to UV Skinz Sunwear but I am thrilled with my purchase. Customer Service staff are excellent, helpful and so super pleasant. And quick to respond. Finding swim suits is always a challenge - but they have beautiful styles, a generous Plus Size selection, and quality fabrics. I think I found my new go to place for sun wear. So glad I discovered you!

I’m a 71 year old Nana and had melanoma several years ago. We have a small cabin on a lake and love to be out in the water and sun. For years I have purchased UVSkinz for myself, children and grandchildren to protect our Irish skin. Kids grow fast! I ordered a suit for a granddaughter and hadn’t realized how much she had grown. I needed a larger size than ordered. Customer service was excellent! I contacted them in the evening and heard right back. They were able to change the sizes for me quickly before mailing. I absolutely love UVSkinz! Thank you so much!

So impressed with this company’s swimwear! Have been using a tankini for twice-weekly pool sessions and washing it after each session, for 6 months now. Looks like new! Fits great, no sagging, colors bright! Their rash guards are amazing too, durable and fit well. Love it!

Had a concern with the shipping route which I thought would delay my order. Customer service was quick to respond even though this wasn’t really their problem. The postal service had somehow rerouted my order. However you went above and beyond to check with USPS and kept me posted on my order up until it was delivered. So impressed.

The company has very nice selections which are good quality. I shopped for a swimsuit which is always challenging. The style just didn’t work for me, but the return was super easy, efficient and I received my refund very quickly. Great customer service.

I chose this company to buy UV protective clothing due to their backstory, which you can find on their website. They exceeded my expectations in customer service when I had an order issue. I had quick responses and above and beyond assistance to resolve my concern. I’ll definitely shop with them in the future. I wanted to let others know I had a great experience so you can feel comfortable ordering from them. I wouldn’t feel safe or comfortable using UPF clothes or gloves from just any site because they aren’t guaranteed to be UPF which is the entire point. I was surprised to see a cute UV detecting keychain in my order as a bonus. You can test your clothes with it if you wanted. They stand by the products they’re selling because they care about sun safety and it shows.

I had gotten a couple of items as a gift and I had already purchased the same items. So, I needed to do a return. I was having a hard time understanding how the process worked and Erin in customer support was so nice and patient and went above and beyond to help me. In addition, I love the UV SKINZ that I got. Super comfortable and I didn’t burn after all day out on the water.

The swim items I purchased were high quality materials and expert craftsmanship. However not all items fit well. When I reached out to the company, I got a quick and helpful response. It was wonderful to communicate with a live person responding the other side of the conversation that was obviously invested in assisting me.
