I ordered some rocker switches for my utv that were on sale. When I received the switches, they were not what I ordered. I checked my order to ensure I didn’t make a mistake and I ordered correctly but they sent me whatever they had I guess. I tried calling customer service several times, no answer. I tried online chat, which was run by a chat bot that kept going in circles with no resolution to my issue. I tried emailing but that wouldn’t go through either. Finally I was able to chat online through messaging and after having to take several pictures to prove their mistake I was told it would take 24 to 48 hours to verify. Well I never received any verification so apparently I am out the $40, thankfully it’s only $40 and not thousands like other reviews I have seen.

Ordered 1.7k worth of parts. All came at different days intermittently. Was told a part was 3 weeks out after waiting for two months. Wanted to cancel this piece of the order but was given song and dance. This online store is not the manufacturer and doesn’t stock any of the parts. Seems like a third party with some software. I will never use this group again. I’ll go direct to the people who make the parts

PLEASE NOTE this review is in follow up to my initial review and the five star rating is limited expressly to the work product of Kelli Jurasky. The experience, overall was quite frustrating and after reading the reviews, it really seems that outside of the misrepresentations of stock and other indices reported by other disenchanted customers that their customer service representative, "Chel" should really find another vocation. ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE COIN - I felt obligated to give a follow up review after receiving personal attention and expedited service from Operations Manager, Kelli Jurasky. Kelli took it upon her onus to correct all the egregious practices leading up to my initial review. I have since received the merchandise (in time for my son's birthday) due to Kelli's diligence.

I ordered my son an electric dirt bike the beginning on January, it is the end of February and I still haven’t received it. When I call for an update I am told “I’m sorry we don’t have that in stock” I paid over $1,000..worst customer service. Awful!

Must have changed their name to side by side source because of these bad reviews. Don't trust them either, listed as having items in stock and could have in 5 days but actually didn't. Over $600 order and no one even contacted us a week later, we had to reach out to them. Garbage company holding onto people's money fraudulently like this. Now this is holding up our build.

Horrible customer service. Going on 1 week without them shipping my item.

Don’t buy from this place! There are far more credible places to get utv parts from. Website does not give enough info on what’s included, so you have to keep buying more and paying for extra shipping when you shouldn’t have to. Then if you want to return something they will charge you a 30% restocking fee.

Sent out wrong rollers and have not heard back in near a week. Talked to customer service along with several emails, will not respond back. Purchase directly or choose another of many online parts seller. Shipping prices are outrageous and takes forever to get the product with no update on shipping. Ebay or Amazon is your to go place for parts and usually free returns with shipping. I try to help out a business and this is what happens!

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. They shipped the wrong product, I returned it to there warehouse that the gave me return shipping info for. That was a month ago. Their customer service rep Chel has done absolutely NOTHING to help me. These guys have literally STOLEN over $1500.00 from me and they keep ignoring me.

Worst company to buy parts from. If you get the wrong part then they make you pay $79 to ship back plus they take 15 to 20% restocking fee back. So you'll be out alot of money. Dont buy from them ever. And the people take days to respond to any concerns or questions you may have.

I wish I would have read these reviews before I had ordered. I ordered what i needed. It wouldn't fit my machine. Then they tried to make it may fault. They said that the web site did not represent what I ordered. But I have proof that it did.
Very Bad. Don't buy from these guys! We need less of them around.

They rob me with 700 I would not trust this company it’s 100 percent scam I bought led flags and they were missing parts

My husband and I ordered a tire from youtvsource.com April 13, 2021. The tire was supposed to be shipped in 2 to 3 days, two weeks later it's still sitting in processing mode.

We have tried for several days to contact them via phone, email and chat and cannot for the life of us get a response.

No one answers their phones or emails. I feel like this is a huge scam. All I want is to know the status of our order and why it is still processing after all this time. It's extremely frustrating to realize that they took our money, yet we can't even talk to someone on the phone to give us answers. This place is a ripoff and a scam in my opinion
