the GAME rollout was great - tons of interaction with the teams and loved the personal spin on examples each person brought to the meetings.

Chester and Mark did a great job of ensuring all were engaged and taking more time where needed when conversation peaked on topics.

The breakout rooms, the mini work sessions, help to really dissect he GAME plan and how to administer to each person in the organization. Overall Job well done!

As always with Mark it was very motivating. Great story telling! The Webselling Coaching was full of proofed knowledge and techniques to have successful webCalls. The Eye high, talk in Camera, be energetic, dress appropriate and have light and a message in the background. It went even deeper in why and how to excite with the first 3 words and spend significant time on connecting first. 2 x 45 Minutes pure coaching. This will boost our webcall success. Thx.

Today’s zoom “how to lead virtual sales” was a fabulous bit of training at distance. Thought provoking, fun even competitive it gave me lots of good ideas to help me boost sales on zoom etc and was 2 hours crammed full of good stuff to help, if you want a winning edge uspire gives you that and more

Having attended a Virtual Selling workshop, focused upon the 'new normal', I can thoroughly recommend Mark Francis and the Uspire Group. Following the Virtual Selling training, we implemented our first 'Virtual' UK Trade Show as a business, replacing in person events that would have occurred in previous years.

This course was delivered over 4 sessions by Amanda Downs and Mark Francis. They are both so motivating and clearly very experienced. Plenty of break out sessions and role play enabling you to practice and perfect your skills.
I have attended many training sessions throughout my career but this is definitely one that I recommend.

We used Uspire to run some team building sessions using their personality profile tool. The event was brilliantly co-ordinated and run and it has helped us as a team to understand each other and work better. The event has given us all a boost in these Covid times. I would recommend Uspire and say they are inspirational.

Enjoyed a recent 3-day sales training course on Remote Selling Tips and I took away some helpful points to try with customers in the future. I don’t always feel that role plays work well for me in terms of a learning method so didn’t particularly value them and they felt a bit rushed at times due to time constraints.
Couldn’t help but notice some spelling and grammar errors on some of the PowerPoint slides/pre-reads; it’s a minor point but would be worth a better proof-read!
Worked well doing the bite-size sessions over 3 days rather than doing longer sessions as kept the brain focused. Thank you!

Training based over 3 days within 1hr 30mins sessions. Bite sized chunks. Clear itinerary for the 3 days laid out with key objectives.
Break out rooms worked well. Good practical training and tips to use in the field.

Thought the 3 sessions very interesting and interactive. I liked the fact that they are qwite short rather than full/half days and felt this worked really well. Using zoom worked well and kept you on your toes.
