Very Misleading! Bogus Leads

Very Misleading!! I was mislead regarding the "Free Premium" package they told me about. I agreed to a 3 month trial period and was very adamant about only 3 months. Then I was told that I would receive the Premium package if I'd like it and it would be free. I asked everyone I spoke with if there were ANY extra charges for any of the products in the Premium package and they said no just the 3 month contract, they didn't tell me it would be an additional 3 months so in actuality I was signed to a 6 month contract. I wouldn't be so disappointed, upset, and feeling like I was swindled but I've been with this program since October, 2025 and have yet to receive a valid lead. They've all been bogus.

The first time I called and complained about the leads they said they would "Tweak" the info and I should receive valid leads - I didn't. When January came I was glad my 3 months were up.

I received another charge in February. When I called and spoke with support that's when I found out that I was not told the truth - I was mislead. I told them I wanted out of the contract because of 1) the bogus leads and 2) I only thought I had signed up for 3 months. I was told no but they would tweak the info so I would receive valid leads. I told them they had already done that once and it should have been done correctly then if that was the issue. I have yet to receive a good lead and it's 2/3/26.

So basically, I'm out a lot of money that I didn't have budgeted to spend and they are not willing to work with me on a resolution. So unless you have money to throw away, I'd stay away from doing business with USHUD regardless of what they say because they just want your money.

I was happy with the explanation of the service and what is being offered. I had 1 lead in 1st week and was told it takes a couple of weeks to get going. I’m excited for the benefits of some leads and had good conversations with the team as I onboarded. Doug

I am new with this company and have no recommendations concerning the lead program, but the people that I have spoken with and dealt with at USHUD have been extremely courteous and helpful

1 star is too many.

1 star is too many.
This company is a total scam. I have filed fraud charges as well as a complaint with the BBB. I signed up for 3 months of leads, after the 3 months was up, they auto billed me 7 months at $269 monthly. No monthly Statement, no email about auto renewal. And the leads are from people looking for foreclosed properties, not well qualified buyers.

Great communication from the sales side…

The communication from the sales side is top notch. I had cancelled my membership as I initially felt the leads I was receiving were not converting because they were led to believe I would find them properties that were in foreclosure, of which I do not have that information. The sales team called and explained very well how they have changed their program. They were very thorough in the explanation and answered all of my questions without hesitation. I appreciated that very much from Tara and Jennifer. I hope this will be a good experience going forward.

Catch them if you can

Simply this. I didn't buy into connecting with your company to be chasing people. That's good for a rookie loan officer. I also spoke with some of the realtors and they're having a similar problem of making contact with the leads

They promised a minimum of 10 qualified a month. Only 9 bogus leads in 2 months. They refuse to refund after putting it in writing. Stay away from these people.

I have had 7 leads- no live human interaction

I have had 7 leads.. not a one of them answered, had working phone voicemail set up or if there was a voicemail set up.. it was not a name or normal human greeting. So far, 100% of leads have all been what appear to be fake. No responses to email or texts. This looks like a scam and I will likely request a refund very soon. Also, I was promised more leads than I am getting.
