The service was helpful but unfortunately a lot of place for housing or apartments do not accept the information. We're still using it and extra papworks from doctors to show proof.

Hi MIchael, We are truly sorry and as stipulated on the website, Emotional Support Dogs do not need to be trained for anything specific (although they are expected to be well-behaved). We advise you to obtain and carry a letter from a therapist or physician regarding your need for an emotional support dog because places you maybe moving to may ask to see that in addition to any registration documents. For privacy reasons we do not ask you to send us this letter. If you do not have a local therapist who can issue you this letter, we do work with several therapists who can evaluate you by phone and issue you an ESA letter if deemed appropriate. The cost for this service is currently $149 and we can usually schedule the ESA consultation for the next business day (though not guaranteed). Should you be interested or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us through the following channels:
