Beyond awful. Had product in my cart. Got to the submit order phase 10 times in 1/2 hour. Crashed every time until sold out. No alternative to these repeat train wrecks. Same problem for years, no evidence of any effort for solutions or work arounds. A great example of a permanently failing government monopoly.

I was waiting for a confirmation on my two Morgan dollars today and before order was confirmed it told me they were no longer available just as last time. Some improvement to the system, mint. Maybe my order for $170 was too small. I guess the mint is “woke” too. Don’t care about the little guy.

I'm going to complain about US Mint practices to my senator and encourage everyone to do the same. Absolutely awful experience every time

I have to agree with everyone on here about the difficulties trying to buy the Morgan dollars with CC & O mint marks. I was online just before they went on sale & immediately put them in my cart & then they became sold out before I could check out! Ridiculous! I tried over & over. I had signed up for a subscription for the new dollar & as soon as it arrives (says shipped) I am going to cancel the subscription! I am fed up with them! I have ordered by subscription since my daughter was born & wanted her to have a complete set. She will be 21 next yr & that will be the last of my subscriptions! It is not right that the average coin collector cannot buy the new special items when they are signed up for reminders & online at the exact time & then their carts are marked sold out, but somehow there are lots available on eBay for exorbitant prices! I’m done buying coins from the US Mint!

So I was looking at the mints upcoming product schedule and saw the 2021 AmericanEagle Westpoint 1oz silver proof coin coming available on July 1 2021 I have been unsuccessful at acquiring the silver Eagles with the Westpoint mm always disconnected or unable to access thru online purchase or coins removed from my cart at checkout... the silver Eagle is suppose to be on available for the enrollment schedule so I thought I would just enroll in the program to assure I always get my coin, when I went to enroll I discovered the coin is already no longer available for purchase? If you want to get a email from them if any are returned to stock you can leave contact info. for them to notify you!??? As of today June 6th the coin due to be sold on July 1rst is no longer available! Yet it's still on the up coming product schedule to be sold? Why is the mint wasting the time of the average coin collector? Talk about bad business practice or is this a bate and switch? I have better things to do with my time than spend a frustrating hour trying to purchase a coin that is not available. Someone's doing dirty at the mint and making a huge profit I'm sure...

Just as others have said, I had coins removed from my cart and then told my credit card was invalid. These coins were for my 11yr old nephew. He was so disappointed, that I closed out my account with the mint and bought him a Krugerrand. For the next two Mondays, while these Morgans are released, I'll be getting him another Krugerrand each Monday. I think the mint employees are the ones selling on eBay and I won't be buying them on eBay either.

Crooks !!! And they do not respond to emails or negative comments because they know they’re crooked. Won’t be ordering anything from here ever again. Bad business
Our US Mint is Now As Crooked As The Government, there’s no trust in either anymore. Went to order the new Morgan Dollar 2021 & before I could order it had completely sold out at 12:01 one minute after they went on sale. Seems to me somebody had already sold them, seems like a crooked inside profit on this because they had them on eBay on sale and marked up eBay pretty fast right after they were sold seems a little shady is that the way our government works now?
Can’t even trust the US mint this is very shady work and if it I do say so myself somebody must’ve gotten a pretty nice little profit for selling it before it ever hit the market.
That’s one way to build customers trust.

I went to order the new 2021 Morgan dollars today and they mint sold everything before they came available. Sounds like someone is getting paid to screw the public and shocker the coins Immediately became available on eBay for three times the value to price gouge the United States public what a shame I’ve ordered from the mint before and had no issues now for them to pull this on these new coins

Drop calls on morgan and peace dollar. I really thought they were professional. You made everyone believe you on your web page . You never list on your page. Hours trying to get these dollars.

The US Mint is just another Biden lackey! They are interested in anyone and everyone except the U S coin collector. The 2021 Morgan Silver Dollar presale was at best a joke. I finally got to the checkout portal and was thrown off several times. Got back on check on CC on file and after several minutes was notified all items were sold out! I personally wanted to purchase 1 each of the coins offer today. Now each coin and the other 2021 Morgan’s are on EBay for a minimum of $250 up! What a BS operation the US mint has become and totally abandoned the little guy!! No worries, I am finished with the mint. It’s ok, I know no one cares!!

The Mint has forgotten about the individual coin collectors and gave in to big business. Received text today about the new 2021 Morgan dollar coins and was unable to get thru either by phone or thru their web site. When finally did thru after a couple hours was told they sold out in 20 minutes. They are pricing their products out of reach for many individuals and turning their back on the rest.

I will not be buying from US Mint for now and I hope people wise up about how they mow cater to the profit takers and not the collector. I've been a US Mint buyer for 20+ years (I buy for the love of it) and have never seen it this bad. I'll still buy coins but not those made by the US MINT! What a racket, I guess its always been that way.

Could not log in or contact The Mint to pre-order new Morgan’s after following all pre-order requisites. Is the Mint in cahoots with the price gouging dealers? Average collectors are excluded? I’m considering cancellation of all my subscriptions and considering the Mint a SCAM!!!!!

Unbelievable- new Morgan’s can’t order. Busy signal and browser rejection. I will never try again through the mint.

Beware of returning an item back to the US Mint for a refund. The US Mint’s return policy doesn’t mention this, but returns take up to 2-3 WEEKS PROCESSING (because they do inventory at the end of the month). So basically if you return an item to the US Mint, it will take a good month before you maybe see a refund credited back to your original form of payment!

I ordered a gold coin in October , they said that it was shipped on November 24th. December 20th still did not receive it. Emailed them because they don’t answer the phone anymore. No response. Emailed again, no response. Filled out the non receipt form and emailed it. They emailed me back and said my claim was denied because ups delivered it.
So, I have a fake signature from ups that I had to request, not the mint. The mint told me that I exceeded my 90 day claim period and that’s why it was denied.
From November to the second week in jan was not 90 days. And a fake signature from ups?? And I’m still denied? Basically it’s too bad for me is what they are telling me.

US Mint do not honor the price when price increased, they canceled the order a week later when platinum price increased. Poor customer service, lies to customers that they will price adjust and had me bought at $200 higher than my original price each piece (I bought two), they kept lying to me that supervisor will call or email me which they never did. It is now a month past, and I'm still have not received price adjust. Also, I paid next day delivery but they didn't deliver until a week later. I have never seen any company like this before. Horrible!

Update: I got a call from US Mint later on that said they will adjust the price. It took about 1-2 weeks for the price adjustment to shows up in my credit card. A horrible experience but thank God it ended well.

If you love milk spots, the US Mint is the place for you! I have 100 silver eagles. I recently pulled them all out because I hadn't looked @ them in a while. 90 of them have milk spots . 90! Ridiculous. You always hear that the Canadian Maples are the worst for milk spots. Nope. None of my maples have milk spots. This is pure laziness on the part of the mint. They obviously don't care that they put out an inferior product. As long as they get your $$$, they're happy. I'm not talking about a few little dots here & there. These are huge smears that envelope the whole face of the coin. Their products are becoming a joke, the website sucks, & customer services is rude as hell if you can actually get a person on the phone, good luck with that. & Of course, as quality goes down, premiums go up. It's like dealing with the IRS. I'll be sticking with generic/private mints for my silver from now on.

Stuff is expensive, but they do things right.
