Still Waiting for the Return Label They Promised
I would not recommend buying from Momanda.
In my experience, the clothing was poorly designed and did not meet my expectations. The biggest issue, however, was the return process.
Their website states that you can request a return label by emailing customer service, but that was not my experience. Even after making it clear in my very first email that I wanted to return the items, I was repeatedly given alternative offers instead of return instructions. Each time I declined, I was asked for additional information—first photos of the items, then photos of the backs, then close-up images of the tags, and so on.
By the time I had sent my 12th email, I was still trying to obtain a return label for eligible items. The process felt like a series of delays rather than a genuine effort to honor the company's published return policy. Despite following every instruction I was given, I still have not received a return label.
As someone pregnant with my first child, this experience added unnecessary stress at a time when I should have been focused on my health and preparing for my growing family—not repeatedly chasing a company to honor its own return policy. Based on my experience, the advertised return process did not match what I encountered, and I felt strung along instead of being helped.
Shame on you, Momanda.
