I never thought I would be writing a review such as this with all the negativity in previous reviews. Our experience has been first class and we would like to thank Josephine and Kendra for all their help. Initially there was a slight delay in delivery as they were waiting for stock in UK but once the stock arrived delivery was very quick.
Unfortunately when the lights arrived they were the wrong ones, so I emailed the company and they sent out the correct lights by return. So no complaints from us everything went smoothly including the returns, prepaid label provided by Haus of Interiors.
All in all a pleasant experience, the lights are up on the wall and my wife thinks they are beautiful so no complaints from her.

Beautiful Lights but bad delivery
Pros - Beautiful lights, solidly made and package well. Bought on promotion and really plased with quality. Other lights I bought are sub-par but for same price. Luckily came on electricians last visit so was able to install and looks beautiful.
Cons - Horrible customer service who keeps on saying "will check and get back to you". Ordered on 5th March, item arrived on 19th April. I was told its been shipped but they oversold so catching up on order. If you buy make sure you have a lead time of 2 months.

Have reached out multiple times and I’ve only had one reply to say that the item was oversold due to an inventory issue. I’ve so far waited 20 days for the order to arrive, their website quotes 3 to 12 days and now they’ve stopped replying at all. I have sent four emails that have been completely unanswered over the last 7 days , asking where my order is the last time I heard of them. They said that due to there being a sale the items are over sold, yet when you go on their website they’re still available to purchase and not been taken off-line so I feel like I’ve just been lied to,Certainly ruined my experience shopping from this brand and had had family members Reach out to me and ask me if I would recommend them as they liked the lights that I ordered they’ve since not placed an order due to my experience with this company.

Do not use this company. It’s a scam , no refunds . Phone number just recorded message and they don’t reply to your emails !
TERRIBLE Company - Don’t buy here!
There was an issue with the shipment and my fixture went to the wrong address. They were uninsured, refused to give me a refund and were unable to replace the fixture. It was $1000 USD value that would have been lost. Luckily i paid on my American Express and was able to dispute the charge and get my money back. They were rude and customer service was awful. It’s the owner that answered so it’s clearly a small shop posing to be a reputable outfitter. Stay clear!!
Scam! Would never buy anything from here
I purchased an item from Haus of Interiors and half the lamp was missing. I was in constantly contacting them via their chat and they promised to send me out the missing pieces for my wall lights. However, they were stringing me along and are a scam. They have no intention of providing the full item which is terrible considering you are paying a premium price. Essentially paying premium money for a company who will take your money and not care about whether or not they have provided the goods you purchased. Scam! This is the worst retail experience I've ever encountered especially when they were claiming to send out the lamps when they had no intention of delivering on their promise

Rechargeable wall lights.
The lights look nice, however they only provide light for around 2 hours max before they start to go drastically dim... therefore providing no sufficient light. Useless lights MADE IN CHINA and distributed by Haus Of Interiors. Do not purchase the battery operated rechargeable version.
A quick response & turn around
After making the wrong order and then reading the reviews about returns I was dreading trying to get a refund . It turns out The service could not have been any better . They replied to my email quickly and I had a refund in no time .
Super disappointing

Original lamp stopped working after 18 months but with a 2 year warranty we reached out to customer services. 4 months later we have received a replacement and that was only after we threatened action.

I have been waiting and chasing an item for over 3 weeks now. Their customer support team are unable to provide details of a tracking number, are unable to confirm the delivery company and are completely unhelpful in trying to locate my item. I would strongly warn against you buying from this store. Incredibly disappointing as the products look very nice.

They don't answer e-mails regarding wanting to return items. They don't send a charging cable with rechargeable sconces. If something is defective seems like you're pretty much stuck. Will have to go to the BBB to see if they can do anything or my credit card.

Haus of Interiors provided an incomplete address, and the item was returned to my UPS store. It cost me $185 shipping to nowhere! HOI informed me it wouldn't be an issue to return because they had someone waiting for the item and could resell immediately. I feel this was all a ploy because I purchased the same chandelier but smaller and 2 sconces. The quality of the sconces didn't meet my expectations which I want to return as well. HOI will NOT respond to my emails. HOI was a Facebook ad, and I have had nothing but issues with communicating with these types of companies. I will NOT be shopping from FB ads!
Good experience
I was buying with risk after seeing a lot of negative comments about this company. But because I love the item so much I took a risk. I made sure I pay with credit card so I can file for fraud and get my money back in case item did not arrive. I was very surprised that the item arrived from China in just a few days. I ordered on 26/10/24 and item arrived 30/10/24 by DHL. Lights were working and looks just like pictures on their website. So I will buy again if I see something I like . I thought it’s only right to give them a good review when I had a good experience.
avoid at all costs
I bought a light fitting and it arrived all scratched and without the cables properly finished and wasn’t safe to put up. It was incredibly expensive. My husband then got confused and accidentally returned the wrong parcel to them and they refused to give me my parcel back despite me saying I’d pay for postage etc. they’ve cost me 100s of pounds, they’ve stolen from me and the customer service is awful, rude and uncaring. They are thieves and have caused me truly awful stress at the amount of money they’ve cost us. All I wanted was a resolution and some support, people who are caring and compassionate would never treat another human being this way.

Haus of interiors say they are US based and have a Pennsylvania address but this is a Chinese company and have no return policy!! Do not reply to texts and emails and their reviews are fake and you cannot give a review. Do not order from this Company
