Ordered on 12/6/21. Writing this on 12/20/21. Have not received item and have no idea when I will. So, you should advise your digital marketing team to make sure the customer has actually RECEIVED the product before asking the customer to RATE the product, don't you think?

I have always trusted the Braun clocks. They keep perfect time and are designed so well, simple and clean lines. We have about 5 of them all over the house. Thank you

This website uses Royal Mail for worldwide shipping with a slow delivery time of 10-15 days but charges £20.00 for it.
My package ended up in The Netherlands, although the shipping address is in Singapore!! No solutions provided by the service team except a request for more patience until Royal Mail and the other postal service sort out their mess.

It has been now more than 3 weeks since I ordered the clock and the tracking status has not been updated in two weeks. The package is not in Singapore and the tracking number can’t be found in the local post authority’s (SingPost) tracking system. In addition, there is no such local sorting station or office as NLAMSA in Singapore! I am demanding a full refund through my credit card company as Braun-Clocks is obviously not willing to investigate and pick up the phone to contact Royal Mail.

Customer service is absolutely rubbish and refuses to follow up with Royal Mail or support tracking down the package (this can only be done by the sender).
As you can see from their reply: they leak private information (tracking number) online, hide behind excuses and shift away responsibility from themselves. This company picked Royal Mail for their shipping but refuses to take responsibility for their choice.

It is a very nice clock. My only complaint is the clock’s light is too bright at night and illuminates my bedroom.

That's unfortunately the only positive aspect here. As a timepiece, it is very poorly made. The movement seems to move inside the case when you set the time, and the second hand jumps all over the place when stopping and restarting the movement via the crown. The second hand is also markedly affected by gravity. Tilting the watch back and forth can make the second hand jump forward and backwards by 1-2 seconds. And of course, the second hand doesn't hit the markers properly.

The leather strap is functional but feels rather flimsy and plastic-like.
I bought this watch on the manufacturers website in October 2021 for $50 but even at a discounted price this watch is simply a disappointment.

Purchase one for each bedroom and a travel clock love them all

I have used Braun travel clocks for over 30 years and love them! I don't actually use them for travel - they're my bedside clock - and they're perfect!

Love our new clock, which we bought for a little nook in the living room. Braun clocks are the best.

Beautiful clock! Quite sleek design and fine visibility even at its smaller diameter. Just elegant. Shipping to the US takes a hot sec.

I love the watch especially the mesh strap. I try to use it everyday.
