The item I received is nothing like the product advertised, and the quality is far below what was shown and described on their website.
The advertising for this product was incorrect and misleading, and the goods supplied are substandard, not as described, and not fit for purpose. This amounts to mis‑selling.
Despite this, I have been told I am not eligible for a full refund, even though the goods cannot be returned. This is unacceptable and goes against my rights under UK consumer law

I had to chase the purchase multiple times for non delivery, when the dog arrived it was a cheap battery operated toy, that looks nothing like the advert. The dog on the advery is a real dog. As far as I am concerned this is a scam. Do not waste your money.

I’ve been looking for high-quality pet products, and let me tell ya they did not disappoint.The materials feel durable, and my pup seems so much happier with the new treats and toys.
