Urns for ashes and in particular Darren, have been excellent. This is the 2nd time I have used them over a 2 year period and they have been extremely helpful and given me excellent service.

Just as important though, given my reason for needing their service, their products are exceptional, I have used biodegradable products for water burial and earth burial.

I sincerely recommend this company, Darren and their products.

I needed an Urn for my dad's ashes and never having to deal with anything like this before, I wanted to research where I was buying from given it is such a special item and essentially will be my dad's final resting place. The lovely reviews led me to Urns for Ashes and I have not been disappointed.

As others have said, Darren really does go above and beyond to provide the best service he possibly can and this was certainly my experience too. The loss of our wonderful Dad/Grandad was very sad for the whole family but knowing his ashes are with us in his own garden has helped so much with our grieving. At what was a very sad time for us after losing our beloved black Labrador Sonny we wanted something to remember him by and found Urns For Ashes online.
We bought a beautiful Labrador urn which now sits happily on his bed along with a couple of his favourite toys.

The Urn I chose was beautiful exactly like the picture on the website I am really please with it .It came with a box of wildflowers again a lovely touch from a family run business the Grandchildren Loved them !

I searched far and wide for an urn that I could place in the garden that didn't look like an urn and this is where I found it. On receipt I was disappointed that the URN was in pieces. I contacted Darren who was so very apologetic and immediately shipped out a new Urn that arrived intact. The service was second to none. I should add that the packaging was impeccable so I can only assume the breakage was down to mishandling on the carriers part.

I thoroughly recommend Darren, he was so helpful and delivery was quick and my goodness, apart from the lovely wrapping, my husband’s urn is beautiful - made from wood, it has the most perfect etching of a cyclist on the lid with personal wording! My 62 year old husband very sadly passed away this January ‘22 from MSA, he was a very keen cyclist along with our daughter and they would often cycle across Europe. We are having a Celebration afternoon and I know that this amazing urn will be on display but being so unique is befitting to a loving husband who could never be replaced.

I called Darren and explained our error, his response was to immediately organise a return collection, and he then took the time to suggest alternatives that would be more suitable to our needs.

Eventually we settled upon an urn with a custom inscription, again this was delivered extremely quickly , and we finally have somewhere beautiful to store the ashes.

I also wanted to arrange for some memorial glass touch stones to be made for my children, although Darren doesn't offer this service, he did provide me with the contact details for someone who could make these gifts for me.

Many organisations profess to offer great customer service, Urnsforashes really do deliver an unrivalled level of customer support and care.

The death of a loved one is a very difficult time for all involved, Darren has been so helpful and understanding, I could not thank him enough.

We bought the beautiful oak memory bench for our garden. It’s simply stunning. The family of the man who hand makes them delivered it and were a delight too.

The customer service is brilliant. Quick responses and lovely friendly messages at a difficult time. It’s not something you do want to have to recommend but I will when people want items for their loved ones from a trusted place that knows how important good customer experience is.

I bought a small glass teardrop urn for my Mum's ashes and it is absolutely beautiful! It was exactly as shown on the website and I couldn't be more delighted with it. It also came with a small gift of wild flower seeds which was a lovely touch! Highly recommend!

The quality of the products are far better than anticipated, and they look absolutely beautiful. The whole process has been a pleasure, and Darren should take such pride in his customer service, it has been an absolute pleasure to have dealing with someone as empathetic in such dire times. I ordered a stainless steel flower-shaped urn. I am absolutely delighted with it. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. I am very impressed. Darren’s customer service is great and the little personal touches are lovely.

We were informed last minute a biodegradable urn was required and needed to act quickly. Not only was our first choice urn available and perfect, there were others we liked too, and in our hands the next day. We ordered more for choice and the return process was also perfect. The internet gives us a vast choice which is wonderful but often the delivery times do not fit the timelines, not the case here. Just perfect. No-one needs this process to be difficult in an already very difficult time.

Darren has been very professional throughout this journey of buying an urn. We lost our son at 19 weeks pregnant so buying this extremely emotional.

When we ordered sadly Darren did have a delay on the website and had ran out of the bear urn. However he quickly emailed me and let me know and couldn’t be more apologetic.
These things happen and because Darren was effective at communicating with me it wasn’t a bit deal at all.
