I ordered a vinyl wrap for a kukirin g2 max and they shipped me a vinyl wrap for a kukirin g2

I think 1 star is still to nice. I have been on to this company since the 14th of January regarding a problem with an electric scooter I got my son for Christmas. The scooter doesn't charge and seems to have some sort of electrical fault. I have emailed various of times and sent videos of the problem only to be ignored. My son got in contact with them via Instagram only to be told the company had changed ownership and simply it was not there problem. This is unacceptable and I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy of this company the costumer service is dreadful and there lack of effort to resolve faulty items is appalling. Again would not recommend anyone to buy of this site and do through research

Had my fiido d2s 3 weeks and the seat clamp broke off...I'm only 10 stone so had nothing to do with weight! It's still under warranty but they said it isnt coverd iv offerd to pay and they keep giving excuses about shipping
