After viewing the Pacific Storage website, I called the office number to address some specific issues. Diane answered promptly with a very friendly and professional greeting. She took the time to respond to my questions and to provide specific information. She immediately followed up my call with an email thanking me for contacting them and included attachments of their Terms & Conditions and other information for my review.
Two days later I visited the storage facility and Diane showed me the available units. I told her after considering a few other storage options I had chosen Pacific Storage, largely in part to her prompt, professional and helpful service.
She made processing the required paperwork a breeze! I couldn’t have expected better service anywhere.
Her approach in representing her company, gladly proving helpful information and providing great customer service in every way was exceptional, especially considering the amazing lack of good service most companies provide these days.
I highly recommend Pacific Storage and Diane to anyone who might have storage needs in Poulsbo or the greater surrounding area.

First thing you notice is how clean the parking area , entrance and lobby is. Even though the manager was on the phone when we entered the lobby, she acknowledged us and was helping us right away. Answered all our questions and explained the billing and renting process. The 3 month, half off price was also a factor in our decision, it was the personal service and friendly personality of the manager that made it an enjoyable experience and we will definately be renting future storage spaces at you Auburn WA location. Five stars.

Dylan is a sweetheart. He is kind, courteous and professional. I like the set-up of the actual storage units. They are heated and dry. The locks that they use are novel. No more bulky master locks-even though I have a bagful of them. Sometimes it can be competitive for carts but never more than a few minutes. Conveniently located off Airport Way. Looks like I found a great customer solution . Thumbs up

Ellen was awesome helping us get signed up and setting up our auto pay and explaining everything to us! She went with us to our locker to show us how to use the lock. She was also very patient with my questions!

Shae was awesome when she introduced us to your storage facility a few days ago when we reserved our storage space with her. She explained everything to us and showed us the storage area we could rent. She was very thorough and patient with all our questions!

My initial phone conversation with an employee was great. He was helpful and answered all my questions. He had good advice, too. After that, I could not reach anyone by phone or email for two weeks. I left messages and no one replied. When we arrived, there was a note stating that the employee was showing units and would not return for 1 1/2 hours! This did not make our long day moving any better. The place was clean and when the employee arrived she was fine. Two stars for cruddy communication but otherwise fine.

Great customer service! They are very helpful and the space is nice and clean. Easy to find with lots of parking.

This was by far the best storage experience I have had in years! I was all set for a over priced hole in a wall storage spot but that wasn’t the case at all!! I got what I needed at a reasonable rate and the employee that put everything together was LIGHTING fast!!! I was in and out in NO TIME!! Best storage experience EVER!!! Thanks for everything

Great facility, excellent staff

Friendly, suggestive and efficient. Climate controlled units could be a tad cooler. Seems very secure and clean.
