The customer service is awesome. I originally placed an order for a size 9 because I don’t know how the shoes would fit and i reached out to their customer service department and requested a size change and they was able to change the size for me , satisfied customer !
Racially Profiling Incident
It was my first ever time shopping in the Stratford Branch in East London and I was just browsing around the store, I always feel uneasy when going to places by myself, but I did not buy anything, but once the alarm went off, the security guard came up to me outside the shop when I was about to go home, he racially profiled me of taking something from the shop when there were even more people next to me which made me feel more uncomfortable. As someone who works in retail myself, I would just encourage the security to be more careful and be more greeting for when customers come into the store, so that they have a more pleasant experience so that they feel more comfortable.

Does not make any sense to use this shop. You cannot guess the size and returns to China are your own cost. So you end up wasting money.

The quality of the products is not bad
The quality of the products is not bad. However, be very careful when selecting the right size, as the return policy places full responsibility on the customer. You must arrange and pay for the return shipping yourself, choosing your own carrier. Previously, returns were sent to the US, but now they must be sent to CHINA making the process significantly more expensive, sometimes costing three times the product price. This policy seems designed to discourage returns, even if the company sends the wrong or damaged item. All returns are entirely at the customer’s expense.

My first shopping experience in UR
My first shopping experience in UR. Very bad, what happened to me is I have been charged that I didn’t get. I contact to them serval time by email and phone. I feel like they are always right and customer is wrong. They treated me like that. I bought 8 items they charged me for 9. When I checked out those items the sales girl helped at the self checkout counter. When I get back home I checked the receipt and noticed they were charged me extra. After two days ago I tried to wear the items and noticed there has other tag in the pocket. Who is the careless? Customer or staff in that store? Why don’t they even know other tag is in it? I have been reminded to check whenever. Their staff should also check all the items not to get wrong before they display.

Pay for return postage and slow customer service
In case you are not aware, for any return you need to pay the postage yourself to send items back to Omaha, United States. The customer service is bad. Every question / query takes forever and you need to chase to get any answer. Don’t think I will shop with them again

I made a purchase with Urban Revivo…
I made a purchase with Urban Revivo after trying on the items none of the items fit. They recieved ALL items on 2 different orders, provided tracking information to both and both items stated that they refunded to orginal payment. I contact my bank and NO refund was given. Contact Urban Revivo 7xs with basic information given about refund and STILL NO REFUND has been issued. Extremly disappointed, that I have ZERO clothes and NO REFUND on my items and poor customer service. Ive asked multiple times for tracing number for the bank and they keep sending me screenshot of the same information. AGAIN, waiting on refund.

Laughable customer service
First and last time I visited their website. Customer service is horrible. I was interested in a back pack and wanted to know the common dimensions; height, width and depth. I attempted to get this info through their customer service chat. After the initial question, I waited until the next day to receive a reply. They stated they couldn’t give me that info! Seriously?! I replied that this was my first and last time visiting their website. They replied that they were sorry to hear that. Customer service of this kind is usually a good indicator of the quality of products and the company in general, I’ve found. How hard is it to simply list the product’s dimensions?! In fairness, they are not the only company with this easy to fix problem. Unfortunately, unless the company is well known, I’m a repeat customer, etc. I’m not going to bother with calling the company to get this info. I’ll simply go elsewhere.

I visited your store in Covent Garden…
I visited your store in Covent Garden and was shocked by the poor setup. The till wasn’t working, and there was only one available for both cash and returns. As a result, a large number of customers were left waiting, visibly frustrated, while your assistants and manager tried to fix the issue.
This created a tense and unpleasant environment — not only for your customers but also for your staff, who were doing their best under unnecessary pressure. It’s unacceptable for a busy central London location to have no backup systems or contingency plans in place.
You need to take your responsibility to customers and staff more seriously. Without improvements, this kind of service won’t be sustainable in such a competitive retail area.

The items are smaller than described and you can't return them even though the website clearly has a return policy. I requested a return on May 10th and it today it still says "under review".

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I paid almost $130.00 for ONE dress almost 2 weeks ago. It was supposed to arrive within 5-7 days according to the website. I emailed customer service. ABSOLUTELY NO response in practically two weeks! Terrible! They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER either! I will NEVER order from this company again!

I will never waste my time and buy…
I will never waste my time and buy anything from this company. There products are cut small especially in the breast area. I bought 4 pieces and none fit at all even though I bought my size. Had to return it and I was told I'm responsible for the return shipping which cost me $76 smh. Finally they received my items and stopped responding to my emails 3 days past and still nothing had to file a dispute with my card and then they responded a few hours later. Told me they approved my refund and I have to wait 15-21 days for my money. What a joke.

Returning is a nightmare
I ordered the same dress in 2 different sizes because the reviews were giving conflicting information on the sizing. I received my dress and the 1st one I tried on fit. I never opened the package of the dress and I requested a refund well within the 30 day deadline. My refund has been in the "WAITING FOR APPROVAL " que for over 2 weeks. 3 emails later and still no response. This company when it comes to returns. I will never order from this company again!

I love the clothing
I love the clothing. The quality is great. I had to exchange a jacket that I purchase that was too big. The return process was easy and seamless. They went over and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.
I had a terrible experience with this…
I had a terrible experience with this company. Despite providing all required information, they have repeatedly refused to process my refund. They already have my PayPal and bank account details, yet they continue to give me the runaround and fail to take action. This is a clear case of poor business practices, if not outright fraud. I will never do business with them again and highly recommend others to steer clear as well.
