Worst return policy charging 100 for Damaged product

They say that they refunded the amount but I did not receive it in my fampay account....really disappointing

If you order something, just order it and forget about it the product may arrive so late that you might grow old waiting. Delivery usually takes around 25 days.
The quality of the dresses and pants is terrible. Most of the products are made of polyester, and the fabric does not justify the extremely high prices. In hot weather, the material feels uncomfortable and unsafe.
Now comes the main issue. They send you a product and then refuse to accept returns for unreasonable reasons. In my case, the price tag was pinned at the waist instead of behind the neck. The plastic loop attached to the tag was completely intact. Still, the return was rejected because they claim factory tags must be placed behind the neck. If the tag was attached at the waist, that is clearly their mistake, not the customer’s. Yet the customer is made to suffer for it.
Customer care support is almost negligible. There is no proper accountability, no fair resolution, and no genuine effort to help.
The products are extremely expensive compared to the quality delivered. The entire experience causes mental stress and disappointment. You lose your money, your time, and the happiness of buying clothes for special moments.
This review is about Urbanic. Many customers in India deserve better treatment and honest business practices. At the end of the day, the law of karma is real actions have consequences. Companies that repeatedly disappoint and mislead customers will eventually face the results of their own practices.

Bought a blue gown from them sometime back which was around 4.5 k only to find that the similar was available on Amazon with better quality only at 999.
