The shoes took over a month to get and I will never buy shoes without trying them on again. They don't fit right, don't provide support and were a waste of money.

Product is as described, only down part is it took long to be delivered.

The clothes I ordered took over 2 months to come and were promised by christmas. Nothing I ordered resembled the pictures online. Very poor material and horrendous stitching on jacket and sweatshirt was not oversized and could fairly fit a 12 year old girl

It's the cheapest quality of material thatvi ever purchased. Beware of sites that doesn't show the full model (which includes the face). I find these sites are dealing with poor quality material and how it's sewed.

In my opinion, upustyle is not a reputable company. I ordered a pair of shoes which took about a month to come back and when they did, they looked like cartoon shoes. The material was very cheap, the shoe did not look like the picture, and the shoe strings looked like strings from a toy. The overall quality of the shoe was horrendous. This site, upustyle, needs to be investigated for fraud.

It took a month to get it. And so I got another one to give as a gift. When I tried to return it, I got no response.

The obviously fake Doc Martens I received were not only a sad knockoff, they didn’t fit. The chemical smell was so strong that I had to try them on outside. As a Doc Martens fan for over 30 yrs, I’m insulted that they thought the poor stitching, misplaced insert, & obvious lack of detail would be acceptable, especially for the price. I ordered a size 9 & they fit like a size 8. I could’ve gotten a real, quality pair of Docs for the same price, but since my shoe size is common therefore runs out quickly, I bought them from upustyle. That’s what I get for being impatient & not having confidence in Docs to restock my size. They have been emailing me for over a year to write a review yet I’m not allowed to submit the correct date. Trying to return them was an expensive act of Congress so I donated them.

Item appeared to be higher quality than it was when it arrived. It seems like someone made it with a cricut at home. Would not recommend

The shoes purchased did not fit and your company would not take them back unless I paid the shipping to China! They also initially offered me a 15% refund, which was ridiculous! After several emails back and forth, and a LOT of my time and effort, I finally was able to get a 75% refund. That was almost acceptable, but then I was stuck with a brand new pair of shoes that I couldn't wear!
Your company either needs to stand behind your products in a MUCH better fashion or make it clear before a customer orders that you have NO return OR refund policy!

Very misleading website! In stock? NOPE! Comes from CHY-NA! Birkenstock knock-offs! Do not trust! Horrible customer service. Sizes not even close to what they should be. AVOID this website!

The pants sizing doesn’t fit to normal size chart

I was scammed! I did not receive my order and I was told it would be re-shipped. After going back and forth via email with different customer representatives, I never received anything, nor another tracking number regarding shipping. Totally scammed.

I ordered 3 pr of vintage style mid calf boots with zipper pockets I received 2 pr 1 broken zipper 1 pair was fine. The 3rd order never came I placed the order on the pair that never came on December 4 2022. I have emailed upustyle massive times

Measurements were right on the money. Love the dress except it's all crinkled in the torso. It will need to be sewn down for it to come close to the picture. Luckily I can sew.
