I am an accidental mistake in my order and Jamie Caudle was SO attentive and speedy in their responses. I am grateful we were able to change the order before the custom desks were produced. Excellent customer service. They are AMAZING!

Just ordered a sit/stand desk and a matching fixed height table and can't wait to receive them! I ordered samples and am thankful I did so as I picked a different wood for the tops than I otherwise would have. The samples are large so you get a much better feel for the finished product and funds paid for samples are credited against an order - so free samples if you order. Customer service (Kelly Anderson) is amazing! He patiently answered each question, provided some insight on things I would not have thought of prior to ordering and made the entire process easier. If their products are half as good as their samples and customer service, I am going to love my new office furniture.

Amazing customer service! Recently purchased an L-Shape desks and 6-monitor arm. Truly thankful for Jamie Caudle’s help as I had a number of technical questions which required specific specs and measurements. Jamie was so detailed, efficient and responsive that it truly made what can be a cumbersome process seamless. Additionally, Jamie provided a quote and delivery timeline within minutes. I absolutely love this desk. When I noticed a few parts missing, Anthony did a wonderful job of getting the ball rolling to get replacements - even offering to help with another order I was going to place, he got Kelly involved to help and they both did an absolutely fabulous job of helping me get everything I needed - especially with a custom quote! These guys I definitely recommend, and I look forward to potentially more accessories and hopefully converting friends to fellow UPLIFT owners.

Really quick turn around and excellent communication!

I had a small bit of cosmetic damage on one of the desktops in my recent order (presumably from shipping) and was unsure if anything could be done to rectify it. Very quickly after submitting a request through the website, Akilah H. responded (on a Saturday, no less!) and was able to present me a variety of options and within hours a replacement desktop order was entered for me. The process could not have been easier!

I worked with Danielle and she was great! She answered all of my questions quickly and was very knowledgeable.

The entire UpLift Desk ordering experience was terrific. Shipping was quick and everything arrived in great condition. There were so many things to choose from that. I missed one of the free opportunities for a desk lamp. I want to thank Brennan for quickly responding to my email asking if I could still get the lamp. After clarifying the shipping address it’s on its way. The quality of the product seems very good. I would recommend to others to consider an UpLift desk.
