My goods were supplied in a timely manner and were of the quality and quantity expected. Well Done.

Saw this product advertised on Amazon/Ebay but wanted to ensure a quick delivery so contacted the supplier directly. Product arrived quickly, as described and so very happy!

I chose 2 new smaller suppliers and ordered approximately the same value of goods from both. The other supplier delivered within 2 days unfortunately Black Barn took 6 days. I had to chase them up to find out when my delivery was expected, I received a reply merely stating Saturday but no "I am sorry for the delay" etc so one has to assume that 6 days is the norm with Black Barn.
So if you DON'T need upholstery supplies urgently order with Black Barn otherwise consider elsewhere.
I did in fact advise them as feedback but I am still awaiting a response.
I would also like to mention that the quality was good but so was the other suppliers.

Great products and swift delivery...ordered online Sunday urgent hammer and coloured gimp pins..which can be hard to find ..and all arrived by Thursday with free delivery ..excellent hammer but pins can be a bit hit and miss in quality..

I have made two orders recently from this company and both have arrived in good time and been of good quality. I would have no hesitation about using them again for future orders. The 'free delivery over £20'' is an added attraction!
