Good to be able to access a doctor 24/7. I was going on holiday the next day so really needed meds quickly. I was a little anxious when I had placed my request that a notification came through saying that it was very busy and could take up to 24 hours. Had this been the case I would not have had my meds in time. Thankfully 8 hrs later prescription arrived and I was able to have it filled before my afternoon flight.

I went on in the morning to get a letter for a review of a concussion. the doctor tried to ring me 3 times and everytime I answered it was a voicemail message. I emailed 3 times to cancel the request and receive a refund, then the doctor messaged me online requesting further information and I further explained I would like to cancel the request and receieve a refund. Then 5 minutes letter i get an text through to say I have a document waiting and a receipt/invoice and th letter doesn't state what I needed it too and isn't correct.

Straightforward and simple process

I requested a Medical Certificate. It was provided quickly but it did not contain the details I requested so I requested a replacement certificate and was offered a promo code to make it free. Unfortunately to get the new certificate I had to pay the same amount a second time and there was no step in that process to provide the promo Code. I wrote an email about my experience and received no reply as yet.

It was very quick and easy process. Would have preferred to obtain a single trip letter rather than a subscription but it does say you can cancel at any time.

Okay they were professional and I cannot fault that,they couldn't prescribe hydrocortisone for me as they needed more medical back history and refunded me straight away, only 4 starts because they could have called me to have more information and details regarding my problem and they did not.

I had a straightforward assessment with no problems at all. Everything done in a quick and easy way. I would personally highly recommend the service to anyone to try.

I needed a supportive letter for blue badge renewal The doctor added I use a wheelchair when I never had, this is a negative impact and a complete lie.

Following up with regular gp but correct diagnosis was made and correct antibiotics were prescribed.
