We recently switched from Line2 to Upcentral. It is so much easier to use than all the other phone services we've ever tried, and there are so many useful features! The technical support has always been super helpful and is always able to solve any issues that I can't figure out on my own, but I still have the flexibility and the access available to me so that I can change any settings I need to on my end whenever it's necessary. I would give them an A+ all around.
