On October 8, I ordered and paid Uolova $198.00 for two wigs On October 17, I received one wig which costed $79. Sent several emails and voice messages, all to no avail. As of this date, No Response one way or another. I want my money back or send me my wig. I feel Robbed.

I ordered a 26" loose deep unit on the 25th of October and its just getting here today November 7, 2023 but it's the wrong length 🤬 the unit received barely comes below the shoulders. No one will return my calls or emails.
I've ordered from them one before and the order was fine. This time I noticed it was no email confirmations sent I had to basically hunt down the shipping information. This customer service number is a Google voice number that they just don't answer. I would like the right unit or my money back but no one from their company will reach out to make things right.

I am having the same experience as another customer, I did receive the confirmation email but nothing else. I tried calling and no answer, I sent an email and received an auto-reply but nothing else. Evidently this is a 'rip-off' company.

This site is a very sketchy. I thought once I made the purchase I would at least receive a confirmation email but no CRICKETS. This is a major red flag when you are paying someone online, add the fact the phone numbers not legit (alarms are going off) The products were supposed to arrive within a week and still have not heard a word from them. Do not trust any company who do not establish and maintain contact with customers regarding purchases. This is bad business at it worst. Yes I did check my spam and no there's no confirmation email with order number

Please do not order from this company. I order October 17 today is November 1 still have not received my order and they’re telling me they deliver it September 25 which is not true. Telephone number do not work. It’s a Google telephone number, they are a scam. Do not order from them. Call your bank and get your money back.

Unfortunately, I order a wig on October 1, 2023. I receive my order on October 5, 2023. Unfortunately it was the wrong order. I kindly emailed them. Several times to get a return address. I returned it on October 13, 2023 with a tracking number from United States Postal Service and they receive the item back on October 16, 2023 unfortunately so my answer the phone seem like you just got out of bed I asked me to send the information to the text of the number, unfortunately no answer when you call the foam it goes to google answer. I believe they are a scammer. They have taken people money. I actually use Apple Pay. I have report it told them what needs to be done. Hopefully I’ll be able to get my money back, because I still had to make payments even though I don’t have my merchandise from them I have screenshots to verify my corresponding with them. Unfortunately, this is sad that they would take people money my deepest, apologies to everyone they may feel the pain and upset about you not having your merchandise or return of your money, but I touch and agree in the mighty name of Jesus that this business Uolova Hair which is a thief and a robber we have found you, and I commend that you give back everything you have taken. I pray that you were not sleep, not a slumber, and that the spirit of the Lord in the holy angels will speak to you concerning this matter, until you do right about the people in Jesus name, I pray amen. I think you for my refund now, in the mighty name of Jesus !!

This is my first time ordering. I ordered a wig for my mom as a birthday gift. They give you an order number after setting up your account but without the order number it’s not even showing where an order has been placed period. I placed my order on the 23rd, one answers the phone when I called. And on top of that shipping is supposed to take 3-5 business days and it still reads “processing”. Why do I feel like I’m being set up for disappointment?? If they come thru I will definitely give a positive update and apologize but until then…

I ordered a wig the beginning of September. I still haven't received it. I tried calling. No answer. I sent an email. They replied with broken English. Someone called me from a "Google" phone number sounding like they were outside walking to their car. I explained the issue and she said she could refund me, didn't tell me how and hung up. I emailed again and was told I'd get my wig that week. That was too weeks ago. I called today and the phone number is out of service. I emailed again and they replied in broken English AGAIN. I was robbed and I want my money back!

Trashiest hair I’ve ever seen. They send it in a check plastic bag and send you whatever they want. Then they don’t answer. They just steak your money and never get back to you.

My follow up:
Here we are, almost a month later and still no one will answer or send my refund. Only once did I get someone on WhatsApp, of all places, to reply. I sent a picture of the tracking number and hair and asked about my refund. And again no one will answer or send my money back.
I see the company replied under this post and told me to email them. I’ve BEEN EMAILING. Maybe you should REPLY!

I have ordered from them a few times never had a problem & just told others about them.smh I spoke too soon I ordered my hair for my trip for the 17th of October on September 30th just getting it trip over kept getting the run around 🤯😞! Mine you I paid $500 for 26' I think it's about 20' & it was just thrown in a plastic bag w/thin white net SMH so angry & disappointed I feel like sending it back but probably won't see my money back or it might take to next year! I spoke to a young lady about the matter she said she would have to get back to me she has to speak to her manager lol 🤣😆............still waiting........... still waiting

I am so glad I am not the only one who is having issues with this place!! I placed an order three weeks ago and have yet to receive my order or an explanation from this place! I keep getting the same lame email that my order is still processing! Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this awful company!!!! There are so many others out there that are far more reliable! Try Luvme Hair, Jessie's, and iDefine. I have never had any problems with these companies.

Totally agree with everyone’s comments. Do not purchase anything from this unprofessional and fake advertising company. I ordered two wigs and received only one. The one received did not come as advertised. Uolova I pray you get your act together ….. God don’t like ugly.

Folks BEWARE! I ordered a wig from Uolova 3 weeks ago and up to now, it is still in process. I have sent them emails inquiring about my order, but all I have received is an automated message stating that I should check my confirmation email for the order number and tracing online. I have been checking online since i placed the order, and there have been no updates since September 25, 2023. I have called them a number of times too, but they never answer the phone. This is a business run by con artists and it should be investigated. PLEASE BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS

I ordered a wig from them two weeks ago it is still in processing, they do not send out the product do not trust this wig company. I cannot even believe I have to write a review like this but PLEASE BEWARE

Do not trust this company ! I repeat , DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY !!!! I ordered three units based the instagram comments and I regret it . I have not received the units nor a tracking number for the units. Whenever I send an email I receive an automated reply. I can't give a review of the units since I haven't received them , but based on customer NO care alone I will never ever do business with them again . I will be disputing the charges on my account. I ordered the units September 25 2023 and today in real time as I leave this review , it is October 16 2023. Currently no tracking , no package. I found a phone number on tier website and called it several times. It's a Google number and you can never trust someone with a Google number in my experience . After several tries someone answered the phone in an unprofessional tone, " Hello." Me: When can I expect my package? Her: What is your order number? I gave it to her. Her: It will be Monday. Me: Why haven't I received a tracking number or a response to all of my emails? Her: Its only the two of us. Me: You still should send some type of email or respond to your clients.
That was the end of the conversation. I went to instagram to ask them about my order and I was flagged for asking and couldn't comment for 24 hours. I wasn't rude. I ask for my order. They have a Youtube channel as well. I will be informing as many content creators and subscribers as possible . DO NOT TRUST UOLOVA!
Update : There are many more complaints . Uolova, sends out ads to my email almost daily and I can't opt out because the unsubscribe tab does not work. I can't click on it and unsubscribe. I received a notice by Trust Pilot asking me for more information or my review of this company will be deleted. What else can I prove ? I have my emails to them if you want me to post them all asking and begging for my products. I have since received two units out of the three. The 2nd unit wasn't what I ordered at all. There are so many of us.

if I could upload the screen shots to my emails here I would . Trust Pilot should not take down my review because this isn't a joke. This is a real personal experience . I have emails dated back from September 2023 . The first ordered was placed September 27, 2023. I ordered 2 units and a few days later I ordered one more. To this day I regret ever purchasing from them . As I have clearly stated , I have the proof . I can't upload the emails and photos of the units here , but if I could I would. There are thousands of complaints about this company. I hope Trust Pilot doesn't take my review down, because consumers need to know .

I ordered 1 wig 2 weeks ago and it’s still in processing. There isn’t a way yo talk to anybody and I paid 91 dollars for this wig, it’s so sad that companies are doing this kind of raggedy sh.. I received the wig it was not a 1B that I ordered but a brown2 it was ok but I wasn’t the quality I expected. They didn’t cheat me by not sending anything they cheated me by not sending me the product I ordered color or quality.

They do not need a star. The hair is horrible. They took my money and I sent the hair back. They will not return my phone calls or respond to any emails. The email keep coming back to sender. The hair is crap!!!! Keep your money
