I understand that shipping delays happen—things don’t always go as planned. However, what truly disappointed me was the complete lack of empathy in Unwilted’s response.

I ordered flowers for my widowed mother to be delivered on her wedding anniversary—an occasion where timing is everything. Despite ordering in advance, the flowers were delayed until after the intended date, making them essentially useless for their purpose. When I reached out to customer service, I received a generic response blaming USPS, with no real accountability or acknowledgment of how this impacted me as a customer.

A company that specializes in flower delivery should have better contingency plans for delays, especially for sentimental occasions. Instead, their “solution” was to have my mother return her own flowers for a refund—an absurd and inconsiderate suggestion.

To their credit, the arrangement itself is beautiful and well-crafted, but that doesn’t make up for the poor customer service experience. When the market is saturated with companies, why bother with frustrating customer service? Unfortunately, I will not be supporting this company again and cannot recommend them to others looking for reliable, compassionate service.

My partner got these for me for Valentines day and I was very unpleased for $110.

I paid extra for shipping to get on Valentine's Day. After paying, i was notified that the delivery is for day after.

I ordered 7 individual roses of different colors. Initially only 5 were delivered. I emailed Customer Service and the last 2 were immediately sent out and arrived on time. The flowers are beautiful and were a big hit with my girlfriends for whom I ordered them for Galentine's Day.
