Very disappointed with UntilGone's alledged customer service. I returned a faulty tablet I purchased from them over a month ago. I've had nothing but long emails between UntilGone and the supplier. Long & short of it, they claim they could not unlock the tablet to inspect it. I KNOW what my passcode was, they claimed it didn't work. Now they will not issue a refund. Do not recommend this site to anyone.

I bought 2 Blink mini cameras last week. They were not advertised as refurbished or used, but they were. This camera cannot be reset except by the original user/owner. Blink does not support this vendor either, so the are unusable. I am sure that the rest of the lot they bought is in the same state. Fit only for the tip. Hope I get my refund...

I tried to order Microsoft Office 2024 twice using Apple Pay and they kept cancelling the order, saying it was showing as a fraud payment. I have never had the issue anywhere else. They just keep replying to my emails to try again using Apple Pay or PayPal. But I did that and it doesn't work. Now I have 2 pending charges on my card. First one is still pending after 5 days. This is my first time trying to order from UntilGone. I only found the website through my Capital One Shopping extension. I won't be using them ever again.

Company said I received my package when I didn't. I checked with the post office and the package never went through them. (We get notifications about the items that we're about to receive and we never got a notification of any kind.) We received a overseas tracking number but never received a US tracking number. I had to file a dispute with my credit card. I will never buy from this China company again.

I placed my first-ever order with this company and somehow they shipped it to an address I haven't lived at in 13 years. I have no idea how they even obtained that address, since I've never ordered from them before.

Their solution? They told me to go to my old address and retrieve the package myself. They refuse to resend the items or refund me because they claim the error was mine.

I should not have to show up at a stranger's home to retrieve merchandise that was shipped to an address I did not provide. Mistakes happen, but refusing to take responsibility or make it right is unacceptable customer service.

UPDATE: After further investigation, it was determined that the incorrect address came through a third-party payment processor, which reverted my shipping address to one I had not used in 13 years.

While I appreciate that I finally have an explanation, my frustration is with how Until Gone handled the situation. From the beginning, I was repeatedly told the error was mine. They refused to resend or refund the order without first investigating how such an outdated address appeared on a brand-new account.

Mistakes and system errors happen. What was disappointing was the immediate assumption that the customer was at fault rather than taking the time to investigate. A more helpful and less accusatory response from the start would have made this an entirely different experience.

Be careful by software because if it doesn’t work for you, you just out of your money. Customer service doesn’t care or won’t refund you.

I received an email about a product that I was interested in at 11:05 PM. At 11:10 PM I tried to order this product and was told it is no longer available. Did they offer two for that price or is it just a complete marketing scam?

I purchased a three pack of shorts. The shorts came halfway down my calf - much too long. There were no measurements or warnings given before purchase on the length of the shorts - only the length from the waist to the split - which was fine. I tried returning them and after finding resistance ultimately, they agreed. However, I had to pay for shipping which was about $11.00 on a $30 purchase. I decided that was worthwhile and returned them. Then was told they couldn't track that they were returned (to send them with tracking would have been over $20 so the math did not make sense, and I trusted they would arrive and was willing to take that chance). They then claimed after I sent them in that the shorts needed a tracking number (and sent me fine print stating that) for them to credit me. I was ultimately out the $30 I spent on the shorts as well as the $10 I paid for shipping. Awful experience!!

I did not pike the idea of ordering a junk box. Who wants to spend their hard earned money on junk. Not me.

I love the great prices on a variety of goods on Until gone.

I have consistently had great experiences with untilgone.com for the last 5 or 6 years. I have made many purchases, ranging anywhere from personal care items to motorized transportation items. All of my purchases have been exactly as described, fully and properly functional and most importantly, far better values than I've found anywhere else for comparable items. Even their Junk Boxes have been great purchases that ended up being far more valuable than what I paid for them. Even in cases where I didn't have a need for everything in them, they've proven to contain desirable enough items that I've successfully gifted anything that I didn't intend to keep

I would definitely recommend untilgone.com to anyone looking for great products at great prices.

This is a great site, I have picked up several items at great prices and fast delivery. I will also say they have great grab bags.

In general, I like the products and services provided by until gone. However, they ask us to evaluate our experience with the latest shipment with no direct information on the product. I get shipments from a variety of suppliers and my ability to to discern the items from one supplier from another is impossible. I honestly don’t know what I’m reviewing because of their vague request for a review. Irritating!

Would give them a minus 5 if I could. I ordered and sent a damaged product which they did refund to me but now they cancel any order I try to do. This place is run by morons.

I will never purchase through this website again. I purchased a download, I had to wait until the next day to receive a download. LOL What's the point,!?!
