Transactions are done via crypto and so have to pay tax in India by the receiver according to regulations.

Completely fraud Company. They have deposited the money in the receiver's account as VDA with Abhibha Technologies as the sender - virtual digital asset. When I asked for the receipt , the customer support said that they don't provide one. How can a company can not provide the receipts of the transaction and tell themselves as a financial company? Now the receiver has to pay taxes on the money received as a family support.

Won't recommend anyone to use their services.

You get a standard computer generated reply. You cannot get a live person or any sensible reply, unreliable and not trustworthy

My experience with Unplex for transferring money to India has been quite disappointing. The service is unreliable and lacks transparency in handling transactions.

When I had to cancel a transfer, the refund was not automatic — I had to follow up multiple times to get the money credited back to my account. This kind of delay and lack of communication is unacceptable for a financial service.

Worse, there were occasions where the funds did not reach the recipient on time, causing unnecessary stress and confusion.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend using Unplex. There are other money transfer platforms that are far more efficient, responsive, and trustworthy. It's better to choose a service that values your time and money.

I strongly advise against using Unplex if your recipient needs the funds urgently. I sent money to my family due to an emergency, and even after more than three days, they still haven’t received it. There's no live customer support—only limited chat availability—and the lack of communication only adds to the frustration.

I’ve sent multiple emails without receiving any response. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience so others can avoid going through the same ordeal. We send money to support our loved ones in critical moments, expecting it to arrive quickly. Instead, trying to contact their team has been a major hassle. If I could give zero stars, I would. Please stay away from this service. Please DO NOT USE THEM.

I came across this when searching for best transfer rates and so far I had no issues with the transfers and always the rates are best compared to others. First time experiencing the real time use case scenario of cyrptocurrency.
