Initially I was pretty pleased with my lawn. Then i started noticing that i didn’t have any grass by the driveway. The tech said it was because of my tree. Didn’t agree but okay i will take care of it. But the whole left side of my yard didn’t have any grass either. I called to cancel the service and asked if someone could come out to look at the grass and see what can be done and i would keep the service. This went of for months no one came after asking multiple times but they would call me for a 149.00 payment that i wasn’t supposed to have. Very disappointed and upset. I will say all the ladies in the office were lovely and helpful. So i had to find another lawn care company to fix the yard. I just want grass! I’m not asking for the whole yard to be beautifully landscaped. I hope new customers have better luck.

My yard is full of weeds. They have not been out to treat for four months. I requested a conference with a manager. It took rfour days for one to call me. We set up a meeting in my yard for the next day. He did not show. I called and was told he was in a meeting, they would have him call me. He called at 4:45 on Friday, I was busy and asked him to call back next week. Have not heard from him and it is Thursday afternoon. I guess they are not interested.

2022-2023, I had service with this company. Over the course of that year, I was paying to have treatment of my front and back lawns and they were not treating the back yard, when it was discovered that I had paid for the service and was not receiving it, they said they would rectify the issue and yet the issue continued. After waiting until 2025, I decided to give them another try and when I spoke with them, they increased the fee by nearly 20%. I called and spoke with a representative that was very rude to me. He sent a text to my phone and advised that someone would be coming to service my lawn. I advised that I had not agreed to nor signed a contract for services with them. The team member by the name of Karoni advised that I misread the message and spoke to me in a condescending tone, he further sent a text message state they had over 50K clients and had no intentions of serving me and ended with a Laughing emoji. The following day, he called me back I suppose unaware that he had spoken to me the day before and when I told him about the experience he began to apologize and I advised I had already found a provider and would be reporting this to the better business bureau and post this review with a screenshot of the text message received from 678-541-6118. I cannot believe I even considered using their services but because a neighbor advised the services had improved, I reached out. NEVER again, this was the worse experience I have ever had with a lawncare service. I would not advise this service to anyone. If I could rate a ZERO I would

I have received great results from Unlimited Lawncare on my Bermuda Front lawn and my tall fescue back lawn - I received great weed control to the bermuda grass and the best fescue seed germination in the fall seeded fescue back lawn - I simply watered the seed 4 times a week for 5 to 10 minutes per area - Liam McCrae is a great Technician - Thank You
