Worst recommendation app I have used. I lost over ₹3 lakh this year following Univest calls. Their Telegram group keeps promoting “5/5 targets achieved,” but my experience was completely different. Profits are usually just 1–3%, while losses reach 10–15% or more. Some open trades are still in six-digit losses. Support only keeps pushing costly upgrades instead of addressing poor calls. Stay away and check their full track record, including losing trades.

Went to open a cd for 25 months and had a check made out to Univest bank and they refused my check because it was made out to Univest bank. They said I should make the check out to myself. So I took my check and bought another cd from Gainbridge ins. for a higher rate. There not a bank to do business with especially when a customer is bringing them money to their bank.

I wanted to try Univest for one month's time. I never subscribed. Just bought it for one month. suddenly after one month's time, without my permission, they converted it to ecs. I kept on writing mails to them that i dont want this subscription that is forced on me and which i was not even aware of. They dont even have an unsubscribe button at all in their app. All my mails they take two days to reply, even after repeated 3 mails of please unsubscribe, there is no action. Unnecessarily my cibil score will get affected. Two days later from my email, they are asking for my contact number...i again replied that i am very clear that i dont need the subscription...no need for a call to convince me...again an automated reply is coming. Then i was not keeping well for two days...then it says that the ticket is closed. I have to write again for a tkt. The support contact number is not working. This whole system is only to trap the customer. If we do not notice the subscription, due to various distractions, they will continue to deduct the money unwantedly. This is very bad experience

I had extremely bad experience. the asked to pay 1200 as trial but for my shock 5000rs got deducted from account and the trades they provided I folled made me big losses. their rep keeps on calling to buy services and I keep on getting annoying messages to buy services when I already subscribed. their representatives are so forceful, rude to sell services. when asked about the clarification to representatives they refused to solve. also no reply to
