Delivery is so quick and also they are so fast at putting your money back on your account for returns. This is by far one of the best companies I have ever dealt with! Unfortunately, a chlo bo necklace, i recieved for mothers day, broke near to the clasp. To say I was upset was an understatement.
I contacted Universe of Us, even though my husband had purchased the necklace, they dealt with me without hesitation.

Marcus and his team replied promptly to my messages and informed me throughout the process of replacements, what the next steps would be and if/how I would receive my replacement.
The communication here was excellent and made me feel listened to, calm and hopeful that my mothers day necklace would be replaced... AND IT WAS!

Came across these guys online and not only did they have exactly what I was looking for, the item was also half price. They arrived in less than 24 hours and in lovely packaging. I ordered my new winter hat on Monday and it arrived by lunchtime the following day! The quality is fantastic and I cannot wait to wear it. I absolutely love the selection of stylish products available from Universe of Us, I already have a few more things in my basket - waiting for payday!
