As a retired insurance broker and father-in-law of a local Guide leader I was asked to liaise with Unity and sort out a potential underinsurance situation. (no pressure then!!)
My contact, Natalie, was very pleasant and courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and able to understand the problem and discuss options. More importantly she was able to negotiate with the underwriter to provide an acceptable solution for something that from my own experience was not straight forward.
Most of this happened midterm but the current renewal has just been agreed and was dealt with in the same professional manner.
Nothing but praise.

Have used Unity for many years and have found them to provide good cover at a competitive price. Always receive the renewal policy in plenty of time to check cover and discuss. They understand Scouting issues such as having to store equipment separately to meeting place. Definitely recommend!

Policy which is for district equipment at various addresses was sent out in plenty of time so I was able to check with everyone that cover was correct. Natalie was very helpful and quickly updated 2 small changes to generate the renewal price

We have insured with Unity since the inception of our small charity. Unity always create a bespoke quote to cover our avtivities. Communication is excellent and timely and we always find the renewal process straightforward, Customer service is excellent.

Our charity insurance renewal with another broker came in at a ridiculously increased price so I looked around for other brokers. Unity came up and so I gave them a try. Kirsten was very helpful and professional as well as being friendly. The renewal went through very smoothly but we added two extra things. One of these has caused a lot of problems with asking questions. It is still not resolved after nearly a month. We feel that the questions being asked are being over thought by the insurers.

Natalie was incredibly helpful in helping the group. It was coming up time for us to renew our policy and Natalie phoned as a courtesy and took me through how to renew the policy and arranged for emails to be sent. She was professional, polite and helpful. We would highly recommend Unity's services in the future.

I asked for a quote for some equipment insurance. More information was requested, and once I provided this, I received a premium within a week, and within a couple more days the premium was paid and the policy was live. Friendly, helpful service from the person I dealt with throughout, thank you.

The renewal took place smoothly. The only negative comment I have, which I have expressed before, is the short time between the issue of the renewal and the actual renewal date. This doesn't give time to look for comparison quotes, which is probably why insurance brokers do this, but also can be an issue if somebody is away e.g. on holiday.
