This is my 4th year of working with Unity, and a pleasure as always. Timely, competitive quotes, and good account management.
Can’t compliment Kylie enough for her customer service.

Records not updated for correct person to receive the information of renewal of insurance. Person who received thought it was fraudulent.
On checking it wasn’t so paid and documents came through and believe records are now updated.

As always Unity we're e collect from start to end of the process.

Alex was great at talking us through what we needed for our CIC insurance. Communication and amendments all dealt with swiftly and in a super friendly manner. Thank you for all the support and taking the stress out of the admin task so we can get on with what we do best!

Always good to have timely reminders that policy is due for renewal and polite re-reminders! Emails replied to quickly. It's good to know Unity is there for us as a Scout Group.

Unity Insurance contacted us via email in plenty of time to remind us that our Insurance Policy was due to expire. I left it a while and they sent another reminder.
I then contacted the office and spoke to a very polite member of staff who was very helpful and was able to organise the Policy for the next year.
All very painless ... apart from the part where we had to part with money!

you keep increasing my premiums way above inflation, if I make a claim I can understand THAT, but when I am good payer and no claims ABOVE INFLATION GREED COME TO MIND.

Upon renewing our insurance Rob at Unity was able to answer all of my questions, which greatly simplified the process and ensured the cover was tailored to our exact needs. On receiving our policy renewal I telephoned the company to make an amendment to the policy and found the staff to be really helpful, knowledgable and efficient.
The whole process was very easy.

This was a very difficult process from start to finish.

We live in the Isle of Man and wanted travel insurance for a trip to Lancaster, should whether delay our boat home.

We could not opt out of health insurance even though we didn't need it, so paid the same as a European trip.

Each girl needed to fill in the full paperwork, then once I had sent this Unity lost them. We were passed from staff to staff, I had to do a lot of chasing to even get a quote. Then resend the paperwork through a 2nd time (which was 8 emails worth of attachments for copies of all paper work, which could absolutely be on one page and not 2).

In short I would not choose to use them again.

As never organised insurance before I found the staff i spoke to very helpful and pleasant explaining everything carefully as most I didn't understand
