Unity auto finance are a terrible finance please do not use these at all they say there here to help there customers they try everything and anything to get out of a situation I bought a car from prestige German motors South Shields big jon gets his cars from auctions full of problems and then sells them from a private car park and not his garage pitch because he knows there dodgy cars that have been clocked I have proof I hope karma comes down on the people that have done me wrong like a tonne of bricks the car has had problem after problem since the day of owning the veichle they Miss sold me a car by it being modified and let me drive away from there garage without been insured basically if I was to have an accident with the car being modified I would not of had a leg to stand on and also would of been a financial loss to the finance company unity auto finance allow clocked mileage cars and cars that have been modified I will not be buying a car with them ever again and will see them in court soon

We note that you raised a complaint with us on 28/08/2022 as you were experiencing a number of issues with your vehicle. You took out the finance agreement with us on 09/09/2021 and in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, as the complaint was raised outside of 6 months since ownership, it is the customer's responsibility to prove that the fault was present or developing at the point of sale. You have not been able to provide any evidence. We had, however, as a gesture of goodwill, asked for an independent inspection to be performed to obtain the evidence on your behalf to help support your claim. However the report confirmed that the faults would not have been present or developing at the point of sale. Unfortunately we were unable to uphold your complaint and we issued you our full final response letter on 12/10/2022.
