I don’t think that your response time to emails is appropriate. I had to email you several times to find out the status of my account. You stop sending me emails regarding my payments every month so I was trying to find out what was going on, but no one was answering my emails.
Glad I engaged with United Settlement.
The team always responds to me in a timely manner and with courtesy. I am pleased they have begun settlements with my accounts. I am far less stressed due to their involvement.

I was comforted, especially today when I finally got the Good News that a settlement had been reached with the first creditor! The ease of responding was super great! Working with this company got me sued 3 times than they said I had to increase my payments almost double of what they said I need to pay..I regret doing business with them.

To slow on settlement have creditors under 500. Should be able to settle under 250. Pay them off faster. I wish.
I am filing this complaint
I am filing this complaint due to a total failure of service and potential deceptive practices by [Company Name]. I enrolled in their credit repair program in April 2025 with the understanding that they would negotiate with my creditors and improve my credit standing. To date, I have paid a total of $2,600.00.
Contrary to the promised results, my credit score has significantly deteriorated since enrollment. I am being contacted daily by debt collectors who inform me that no payments or settlement offers have been initiated by United Settlement. Despite their claims of representing me, I am forced to deal with my debtors directly as the company has failed to establish any contact with them.
It appears they were taking my money and not paying my bills. All accounts they were suppose to clear have been closed and sent to collections.
