Made an order, although payment was via bank transfer this went smoothly and the order arrived on time. Customer service was good and they were responsive. Will order again.

Certified hero's. I love that I found this company because now there's at least 1 thing in life that has never let me down / kept me waiting or disappointed me in the slightest . It must be about 7 years I've been placing orders here and I've not had to look elsewhere 1 time .. literally amazing . Even thru the pandemic and world wide shut downs I wasn't left guessing ... ever .. simply a diamond way of operating a company and business ... and again I'm as grateful as I could ever be for all they're service . Much respect and thanks . & looking forward to the future .

I have ordered from this company twice now and both times my medication arrived within a few days. I was apprehensive about doing the bank transfer as I have never done it before but it wasn’t as difficult as I thought. The second time I was able to use my card so it was even easier.

Doctors in the UK have become c***upt. I lost my expert secondary care Dr, now nobody will supply the meds I've taken for over 10 years!
This place has saved me from much illness.
Ordering what my doctor initiated long ago, so haven't changed a thing. What would have happened if I never took action? Not worth thinking about.
You won't find many genuine places like this, not so far from the UK. And even at Christmas time, from payment to doorstep took 5 days! Efficient, and so were the couriers!

This is a brilliant, completely reliable online pharmacy. I’ve used them for twenty years and never had an incomplete order or missed delivery. I’m currently getting creams and meds from them that the NHS is struggling to get hold of.

Orders always received. I have ordered from this website multiple times and it always arrives with no problem. Shipping is a bit slow and expensive, but it's coming from overseas and it says so on the website, so it's to be expected.

I had been considering using this company for a few years for my tretinoin but was nervous about the payment methods as I usually use PayPal, my husband ordered it for me in the end and I am so impressed! It arrived really fast which I wasn’t expecting in December, all the tubes have long expiration date of 2025! Honestly could not be more impressed! They kept me up to date with emails. Will definitely use from now on! Really good experience!

Wow, I was nervous being a first time buyer but...Wow! Order arrived in a few days, everything is here, site was so easy to navigate, amazing prices, amazing communication the whole way through...I really am amazed! I have been with United Pharmacies for over 10 years. I can honestly say I trust them 100%
My orders always arrive promptly and I have only had one issue when payment was taken but they had ran out of stock, I received a full refund within 2 days.
I only have one negative which is they often run out of stock and it takes a while for them to get new stock in.
The United Pharmacy team are always helpful and always respond to any queries. Keep up the good work!!

I'm hypothyroid and about 8 years ago my doctor stopped my t3 and put me sorely on t4. Which my specialist said that I couldnt convert very well. All to save money (and not looking after my health!). So, I saw that this company sold t3 and had to see if I could purchase it which I could and didnt have to pay a huge amount for.

It was a bit weird doing the wire transfer (which I have to say is the first time I have ever done one in my life) and I didnt want to spend a lot if it was a *iffy* site.

Well, everything went smoothly. I was kept upto date by the tracking number they gave me (thru royal mail). It didnt take long to go thru customs (I did read somewhere that customs do spot checks so I am figuring thats why they say 30 days).

The tablets come in a brown box and in about 14 days.

I will be giving them another go (esp as I dont have to do wire transfer after the first delivery as they accept card).

Great company. A lot of morons here saying it’s £15 postage “why not give us a cheaper postage :’(“ well half the time it’s coming from china or India ya muppet. Go to your doctor if you want it fast or get over it. Thanks guys. Will def order again.

Awesome company, I put a order on the Wednesday and to my delight my order arrived on the bank holiday Monday, just wish I’d put the order sooner to be honest, will be using these guys for the for seeable future!

Great first experience after some initial trepidation.

Chanced my arm on ordering some medication, which whilst I have a valid UK prescription for, is, scandalously, in dire shortage in the UK, and has been for months.

Paying by wire transfer is a bit of a pain if you don't do it regularly but fairly straightforward in the end, and will no doubt be much easier next time round.

Paid on 9th June, fully tracked package (regular airmail) arrived with me on 16th June - meds are absolutely 100% genuine, great service and can highly recommend.

Fantastic website. Comes from Hong Kong so I think the £15 delivery is fine considering it’s international. Making payment is a pain but after first order you can use your card. I got Clomid which I could never have got from the doctors due to my weight. Delivery was pretty quick too

Ordered over 10 times from united pharmacies to the uk. I've never had a problem with the products (Modafinil) mainly. Always on time, and good customer service.

I ordered a few 15 gram tubes of cream, yet was charged £15.00 for shipping for a parcel weighing less than 100g - not much more than a standard letter weighs in a package which could quite easily be sent cheaply by airmail.

This is pure greed, as shipping prices have dropped significantly since the days where Covid was inflating shipping prices and Airmail services are now largely all back to normal.

United Pharmacy should be back to charging £8 or less for non express deliveries. This was the price pre C19 and it has never been reduced down again after the pandemic.

£15.00 for a 100g package is just ludicrous and there are far cheaper methods available to ship internationally. Give customers the choice!.

Order a product weighing 100g from Bangood and Aliexpress or any other companies shipping internationally and their rates for 15 - 30 day airmail are just a few $.

Why aren't United Pharmacy giving the same low cost option?. The minimum shipping is £15 even for one item.

Right now it costs less than £15 to get a private prescription in the UK with an online doctor service to get the medication you need.

Very long delivery times and long response times. Otherwise legit medication seller, I still would recommend another website.
