Replace a lost pen.
I had been searching the internet for some time for a specific Sheaffer ballpoint to replace one I lost. Eventually found it on Pen shop and bought it from their Netherlands shop. Order was despatched without delay and the delay in receipt at my end was due to various factors including industrial action. Now in my possession and I will try not to lose this one.

Very good experience. Straightforward to place order. Informed of progress of order. Pen (and engraving) was absolutely lovely (though replacement cartridges were blue when I thought I ordered black). Otherwise, very pleased and would definitely order again.

Still awaiting delivery 6 days after order
I ordered the pen on 14 August with a delivery promise within 3 days. Tracking indicated it would be delivered on Tuesday 16th. It is now 19th August and the item has not arrived. Tracking still says "Last Tuesday" which is now struck out. I needed this for a significant birthday, and my daughter leaves tomorrow.
