First off, the stone I ordered was gorgeous. My wife currently has a 2ct round cut VS1 clarity moissanite. Her ring needs a lot of work to the prongs on the pave, so we decided to have a new ring made. My search for a new stone brought me to United Moissanite. I was able to snag a 6ct radiant cut VVS1 clarity for about a third of the price I paid for my wife's existing stone.

Despite international shipping, which usually takes several weeks, the stone arrived at my doorstep merely 12 days after I ordered it. My wife could not be happier with the stone and she cannot wait to get it set in a new custom piece.

One last note, the customer service at United was excellent. There was consistent communication throughout the process from order confirmation to shipping, and responsiveness when I made inquiries. They even sent a short video when the stone shipped of the stone itself.

I bought a Moissanite heart-shaped seven stone anniversary ring in rose gold. I read great reviews about United Moissanite on Reddit. I especially like this ring because there is more gold in the setting than the other anniversary rings I saw elsewhere.
I asked for the ring to be completed in time for a birthday and they made it happen. I received great customer service every step of the way.

I love the United Moissanite settings you get to choose from on their website!! I have about ten mossanite rings plus the bands to go with them because I like the rainbow effect of the color moissanites give off compared to my mined diamond ring and lab diamond ring.

I emailed United Moissanite to see if they could make the band width on the Penelope setting (their standard is 2mm) 2.8mm - 3.2mm with their Princess Cut Moissanite. And they got back to me right away and actually waived the fee (usually it is $50) just for the extra sterling silver to make the setting's band thicker than 2mm which makes sense. I thought that was excellent customer service! All my Moissanite rings are mostly 925 Sterling Silver. And this ring has held up just like the others. Has not turned green on me etc. The Penelope setting is so beautiful with the princess cut and the height of the setting really shows off the hidden halo perfectly! I was very impressed with their prices as well. The choice of settings, like I said earlier, will take you a while to narrow it down to just one. Haha. I'm so happy with the Penelope setting and it is a quality setting too. It's not cheap looking. What you see in the pictures is what you will get in person!

I loved my finished ring from them so much, I emailed them about making me one of their settings for a round lab diamond I already own. Like I said, it was hard to pick just one, so I narrowed it down to three and emailed Ellen that I wanted minor custom tweaks like a thicker band and six prongs for each semi mount and she said no problem I will get you the three different quotes.

We ordered one of the standard engagement rings which is absolutely gorgeous and one custom wedding band that was designed exactly how we requested it without any issues. We were guided through the whole process so had a quite satisfying shopping experience. Fiancé was very happy with the result :)
