I just discovered this brand a few months ago, and I am in love! Their dresses fit true to size, are high quality, and most have pockets! I feel like a princess when I wear them. I have really high standards when it comes to my clothes, and these dresses do not disappoint. I now own 15 dresses from UV and I haven't had any issues.
On a recent order, they did send me the wrong size petticoat in error. Because I'm in Canada and they are in the USA, it wasn't a straightforward return process. I asked how they could help pay for the shipping back since the error was made on their end.
To my surprise, they immediately refunded me the cost of the petticoat! I was then told that the incorrect size was mine to give away if I chose and I could then order the correct size again. The decision they made saved me so much hassle, and it meant I could immediately order the petticoat I needed instead of waiting for the return. I already loved this brand, and now I'm extra happy with their customer service!

I was having some trouble with figuring out where my order was. I selected local pick up, which I understand is delayed thanks to COVID safety precautions, and I totally get that! Lexi and the rest of the team at Unique Vintage went above and beyond to track down my clothes and make sure I was able to pick it up in time. Absolutely recommend - wonderful experience!

Love them. All my dresses have been great buys. Great sales too. Some of their special lines can take a while for you to get them,but I get it, sometimes it's a pre buy. One of my favorites is from the Grease line.

Absolutely horrible they sold me a dress they apprently didnt actually have in stock and it took me calling in to ask where the hell my order was for them to say so. Then was told that it happens all the time and that you can never be sure if they will actually be able to ship the item once its purchased because "the inventory systems are run my two separate parties" dont waste your time ! Don't fall in love with a dress that you won't ever own!

Unique Vintage has amazing size inclusivity! I'm big, always have been, and I used to hate shopping, especially dress shopping. But I've now gotten 2 dresses from Unique Vintage that I absolutely LOVE and that I feel beautiful wearing.

Drama, 3xxxl besteld, weken moeten wachten, kindermaten ontvangen. De foto's en de producten komen niet overeen. Geen retourregeling, wel teruggestuurd met flinke kosten, afwachten maar.

First of all, I absolutely love their collections. Second, everything is fun and unique and designed with all body type in mind. The sizes are always accurate to the sizing chart, and the quality is great. I’ve ordered from them many times since I found them a few years ago, and I will keep buying for as long I can ! Finally, the customer service is excellent; I received the wrong item with my last order, and since they don’t exchange International orders, they gave me a full refund and told me to keep the item to do as please. Another time I purchased a gift card for a friend not realizing we couldn’t use it on international orders (were Canadian), and they refunded me immediately with no hassle at all !

Awesome personalized customer service! I had a question about their sizing for a particular top and I received a prompt response from Sylvie. She had the same top I was inquiring about and was able to direct me to the best size. She also gave me info in case I wanted to exchange it for a different one. Love Unique Vintage!

Clothes fit small and are very poorly made. I believe they post fake positive reviews on their website and on here. I reviewed the products I received and they deleted my reviews from their website.

The clothes are so poorly made and are not represented honestly. What you get will not be the same as what you think you are ordering. Im in the process of returning 3/4 items I bought, I am not hopeful in getting my money back however because as far as I can see their refund system is not great.

I ordered 2 pieces in march of which one was on backorder and supposed to ship in may. But when my order finally arrived months later, the item on back order was missing without any explanation. I contacted the customer service right away and they told me they would "investigate" the issue. After one month of stalling on their side and after I opened a Paypal case they now finally refunded me. Horrible customer service and all in all completely unprofessional. Avoid.

I had a very poor experience with this company. I placed an order on May 18th for items which were all listed as in stock. The order never shipped, so two weeks on, I called and emailed customer service. They said that they cannot locate the swimsuit bottom I purchased and it will ship "once it is found," with no expected ship date given. I needed the swimsuit for a trip on June 18th. A month should have been more than enough time to receive it, however, it seems I clearly will not. Buyer Beware: items listed on the website as in stock may in fact not be in supply and who knows when you'll receive them. Meanwhile, they've taken your money under false pretenses.

Sent my order back 3 months ago which cost £50 to send! Still haven’t received my refund and I’ve emailed twice with no response

All the employees at UV are so helpful and honestly so patient.

I had placed an order at UV during the same week that so many things in my life had begun to fall apart. While I was frazzled and had been asking the employees question after question, they remained calm, collected, FRIENDLY, and extremely helpful and welcoming.

The responded to my questions while I was there to shop in person, gave me honest opinions about the fit of clothing I was trying on in the fitting room, and replied to each email I had sent in a timely manner.

Not only are the products great, but the customer service is wonderful! I recently bought two swimsuits and had to exchange a top and it was quite a painless experience. Very happy to continue being a customer!

Contacted customer service to verify that the dress I had returned was on its way. They responded quickly and were friendly and professional in their response.

Customer service has been EXCELLENT! Sylvie not only responded immediately to an email my daughter sent with a question she had, but she also handled a problem that was completely my fault - after hours, and within minutes of me sending the email - when she really didn't have to. It's rare to see such great service - super friendly, too. This was our first time ordering from this company, and we're international customers - but it won't be our last!

Terrible. Tee shirt never came and they tried to stiff me the refund. Have a complaint going through with them on PayPal. Avoid like the plague
