Created by a woman for women, Unique Vintage celebrates the iconic, flirty fashion of the past with modern, ready-to-wear designs for today’s woman. Started in 2000, uniquevintage.com was founded by Katie Echeverry, a vintage fashion lover who would spend her weekdays working in pharmaceutical sales and her weekends on the hunt for vintage dresses to sell on the website she had started as a fun weekend hobby. Quickly recognizing that high quality vintage items were very hard to find, Katie took a chance and began adding vintage-inspired dresses to her site, seeing sales skyrocket almost immediately. This was all it took for Katie to know that her weekend hobby was much more than just that, leading her to ditch the doctor’s offices and take on UV full time. As UV’s business continued its path of exponential growth, Echeverry opened a 4,600-square-foot brick and mortar boutique in 2008. This storefront location has stood as an iconic destination on the historic vintage row of Magnolia Boulevard in downtown Burbank since. In August 2015, Unique Vintage unveiled its first major renovation since its initial opening. Despite having several opportunities to move her business out of her hometown, Echeverry has remained committed to maintaining her local roots for the company. She cares deeply about the city of Burbank and prioritizes the store’s contribution to Magnolia Park. Since those early days, Unique Vintage has continued to grow, launching its very own Unique Vintage brand label to better serve the needs of the UV girl, while continuing to carry the retro-inspired labels that helped to put UV on the map. Building on the Unique Vintage label, UV has also launched exclusive collaborations with Barbie, Pantone, Coca-Cola, Universal Monster and more.

They charged me over $160 for clothes…
They charged me over $160 for clothes that I never received and then continued to lie saying that they were delivered. They sent them to a non-existent address and said it was a real address. I stood on that spot. there was no such place. Awful. I will do whatever I can to cost them 100's of times more business than they stole from me.

Lilia, just like every other rep I’ve worked with at Unique Vintage, was AMAZING and so timely! I cannot thank her (and all of you) enough for your amazing customer service. I received my dress a few days ago and it fits perfectly. 5/5 stars all around for timeliness and my overall experience.

I just ordered the fall cardigan, which I've been lusting over for some time and cannot wait for it to arrive! When I want something that is truly special and vintage/modern style, I trust in UV!

placed an order for a hat, cardigan, and some pants. I love love love the cardigan I got and the hat, good quality, fit, and comfort, the pants however ran a bit small. they came in S, M, or L and I ordered a L which said should fit a size 12. I am pretty religiously a size 12 so being unable to fit in these with no larger size option was a bit disappointing. other than clothes being a little small very nice quality and fast shipping!

I received my items today and I have never ever been so happy! The quality of these items are absolutely A+ I have to say I was cringing about the money I spent on these items, it was the best money I ever spent on clothes. I love the styles for each year . The clothes back in these days were so much better than the ones today. I can’t wait to wear my Vintage 1930s Black & White Pin Stripe Thelma Suspender Pants with my Vintage Purple & Black Polka Dot Nora Top and my Vintage Style Black Leatherette Round Toe T-Strap Heels

Unique Vintage cannot communicate properly! Now I have lost out on a lot of money!
I am extremely upset at the moment. First of all I place the order on Monday July 20th for 2 day FedEx shipping and it was not sent out until Thursday July 23rd. The reason for needing 2 day shipping is that it was urgent and I needed the package by today Monday July 27th. On Friday I got a status update from FedEx stating that the $811 package was supposed to be delivered on Monday. I called Unique Vintage hoping to see if they could get the package to me by Saturday. I stated that if possible see if FedEx can get it to me by Saturday AND TO CALL ME BACK WITH STATUS OF CHANGES ESPECIALLY IF THEY CANNOT DO THIS before changing the address. I never received a call back so I assumed that they were unable to make the change and would have it delivered on Monday. Now that Monday is here I get a status update saying that my package was rejected by the receiver. Everyone was in the office as it was supposed to be delivered to my place of work. I called around and the FedEx person still had not arrived. I had to chase down someone with FedEx to figure out the issue just to find out that Unique Vintage changed my address and did not update me on this issue. I now have a very expensive package delayed along with a very expensive deposit taken from me for an event I needed the items for that was scheduled for TODAY. Your customer service needs to learn to keep the people ordering in the loop with their packages and changes made. Also none of the points have hit my account yet. I ordered from Unique Vintage a few years ago and absolutely loved everything but your customer service has become subpar.
Really good experience
I ordered a bunch of different items where a pair of shorts were missing some holes for its suspenders. I emailed UV and was instantly offered a full refund, plus I got to keep the shorts! Such great service!

Unique-vintage is my go-to store for all of my fashion needs! I absolutely love their clothing items, specifically their dresses and skirts. UV has great customer service as their return process is straight forward. Customers simply select "exchange" or "return" on items they no longer want and return that item to the company. The only issue that I could potentially see is if someone did not know that "final sale" items could not be returned. It's important to look at items that have reduced price to make sure you are not ordering something that is marked "final sale" that you may not want. I love vintage fashion. Their store has many adorable items. I like that each item has a model wearing it to help customers understand what it would look like on them. I also like how it tells the length of the items. I also like their point system where customers receive points for various things, such as posting reviews, returning items, etc. The more points earned, the more money you receive back to put towards other clothing items. I've ordered MANY dresses, skirts, shoes, accessories, and blouses from UV. I have been extremely satisfied and couldn't recommend them more.

High price fluctuations
So I ordered 3 items and within one day, one of the price items dropped by $24, and the day after there was also a 20% off sale on top of everything. I called to ask for a price adjustment and I was just looking for credit that I could apply towards my next purchase. My cart was sitting with $360 in merchandise. Once they told me they don’t do price adjustments, I decided not to continue my business with them and decided not to purchase the additional $360 worth of items. I do not like conducting business with companies that fluctuate prices on their clothing items. I may even return the other 3 items too.

Customer Service Corrects MY Mistake :)
I was ordering the Dolly for president tee, and I applied my rewards points for $10 off. My points were deducted, but the discount wasn’t applied. There is no doubt that I touched something on my phone and did it to myself somehow. I fretted and gnawed on my fingernails, then gave up and just filled out the customer service application on the UV site. Let me tell you, darlings, that not even two minutes after, did I find a response email with a code for my discount. T-shirt ordered. Points applied. Happy shopper. Cheers!
