Today i’m so happy because today I got my driving licence in first attempt with the efforts of unique traffic driving school. So I recommend to you just visit their school and get your licenses. I’m sure you will like their teaching methods. Thanks.

Jeg har lige bestået min køreprøve med Naeem som kørelærer, og jeg er så glad! I skal vide, at det er svært at bestå køreprøven, men Naeem er virkelig god til at få én til at slappe af og slippe nervøsiteten. Jeg kunne mærke, at han er naturligt tålmodig og en rolig person, hvilket gjorde hele forløbet meget trygt.

Hvis du føler dig usikker bag rattet, så vil jeg klart anbefale Naeem og hans køreskole. Tusind tak for et trygt og hyggeligt forløb med kørekortet!

I have had great trades people at my property during the past 20 years, but this company is the most unprofessional of them all - hence my first review of work carried out.
In summary:
The quality of the work carried out was shocking and it is left unfinished;
They applied inappropriate additional charges and bullied me in to paying them;
I was verbally attacked and intimidated by Steven Doherty when I raised issues (witnessed by neighbours), and he refused to give me the promised handwritten receipt (apparently your 10 year guarantee) unless I followed him to their office in Alvechurch 20 miles away to get it. He refused to post it - seriously.
What you need to know:
The operation works as follows - Steven Doherty will be the most charming salesman to get the job, once agreed he will rip up your drive the very next day. He'll then disappear and leave his crew (family) to do the work, who will turn up random days without notification, as Unique Drives Ltd have several jobs on the go at one time. This is not what I was led to believe would happen.
Steven occasionally dropped by for 10/15 minutes without talking to me, even when I'd messaged a question. His crew then said only he could discuss anything - incredibly frustrating.
I was clear when we agreed they would do the work that I didn't yet know what design I wanted, but he assured me he would give advice and guidance as he 'had years of experience and knew every design there was'. This was absolute rubbish. After ripping up my drive his attitude immediately changed and he told me 'time is money, I haven't got time to talk to you' and disappeared.
I frantically found a design on line, printed a screenshot and drew on dimensions. However they did their own design without discussion and told me when I questioned what they had done 'I couldn't understand your stupid picture'.
Issues
Too many to mention, so a few headlines...
Within an hour of arriving they ripped up and severed our internet cable so my partner couldn't work all day. No apology. They also ripped up a manhole and cover and filled it in without considering purpose.
The wall they built between mine and my neighbour's house is incomplete and a mess.
There is no step between mine and my neighbour's house which we agreed would be built. Steven agreed this was an error at the end of the job, but said one couldn't be added now at it would look a mess and he wasn't doing any major work. This causes a big problem for my elderly neighbour.
The gradient of the drive has been altered and is all wrong where you park your car. This is because he couldn't be bothered to correct it when I pointed it out as they were desperate to tarmac on their 'tarmac day'.
The sleepers used are of poor quality, very uneven, rough looking as the cutting is sloppy, and there are large gaps between sleepers.
The sleepers are loose and need pinning.
Steven agreed they need pinning which is shocking in itself, but his excuse for why they are uneven was laughable. He said they look awful and are uneven because they had to be cut 3 times.
Fact: The sleepers have not been cut straight. It is nothing to do with whether you cut them 3 times or 5 (which is common) - it is about measuring, marking and cutting them straight with the correct equipment. I have been advised it is not possible to plane individual sleepers.
Additional soil to borders and roots removal was meant to have been done to make them good for planting. Not done.
Side gate-my expensive side gate was broken by work undertaken, and he agreed to supply a new gate. He then announced it would be a cheaper gate than my current one, so I chose to pay for/put on new metal hinges so it locks.
No assessment was undertaken as to existing damp course and level of drive, so it is too high and a flood risk.
Steven Doherty gave some creative excuses for not returning to discuss issues - lost phone, car broke down, someone poorly, stuck on a night out. He eventually turned up, and was simply rude. I have written to him setting out the issues, unsurprisingly he hasn't responded.

Fabulous experience from start to finish. Fully recommend this driving school. Thank you!

It was an amazing classes with them fantastic instructor 👩‍🏫 amazingly done ✅ very respectful and kind to new learners and always there for you to help and make you the best with your driving skills , I just passed my driving license today and i am soo happy that i chose this school which have had help me in everything!!

Very positive experience! the communication and organisation of unique drive trafikskole was clear and the learner experience is very efficient. The driving times was flexible and they are very hands on with accustoming to your availability and wants.

Jeg tog mit kørekort hos Unique Drive Trafikskole, og det var en fantastisk oplevelse. Jeg bestod både teori- og køreprøven i første forsøg, og jeg blev virkelig overrasket over, hvor hurtigt og gnidningsfrit det hele forløb. Der var ingen skjulte gebyrer eller ekstra omkostninger, og jeg endte med at spare mellem 5.000 og 6.500 kroner sammenlignet med andre køreskoler.

Hos Unique Drive betalte jeg kun for gebyrer til teori- og køreprøvebestilling, og resten blev håndteret professionelt og effektivt. Hvis du ønsker et kørekort hurtigt og uden problemer, bør du vælge Unique Drive Trafikskole. Det er virkelig en unik køreskole med tålmodige og rolige kørelærere som Naeem og Muzfar, der gør hele processen tryg og behagelig.

Jeg startede i 2024 og bestod fejlfrit i 2024. Jeg vil gerne give en stor ros til min kørerlærer Muzafar, som har været virkelig god. Jeg er meget glad for den hjælp, jeg har fået, og at jeg klarede det. Tøv ikke med at vælge Unique Drive skole!

Passed both my theory and practical on my first attempt 🎉 Super grateful to Muzafar and how he carried me through! He was super thorough, and also flexible enough to accommodate my schedule with a 9-5 job free of charge! 1000% recommended!!!

As someone who hadn't driven for many years, I had one 90 minute lesson to refresh my driving skills. Muzafar was responsive and easy to book a lesson with. I was just a little disappointed by some aspects of the experience that seemed a little unprofessional.
When I got in, there was a female passenger in the car, this was not explained at all, and the first part of the lesson had the function of giving this person a lift to be dropped off somewhere.

A few minutes after dropping her off at an apartment block, I was asked to pull into a McDonalds so the instructor could use the bathrooms, which meant i was left parked for 7 minutes. Since I was paying 10 Kroner a minute, I wasn't too satisfied with paying 70 kroner for him to have a piss.

Muzafar is a calm and polite instructor and it was reassuring to spend the rest of the time practicing with him, but I was a little put off with him loudly eating snacks and looking almost constantly at his phone instead of the road for the last 30 minutes of the lesson. When I came to pay by mobilepay, the account was another guys name ( not a business account) , which also seemed a bit strange. All in all, I felt I could have got better value for this 900 Kroner experience, and would advise you to shop around.
