Overall i was made whole.
So the order took a LONG time to arrive. The lack of transparency too when inquiring was side eye strong as well. I was contacted but it wasn't positive. It was just we're busy sorry not sorry! And I'm like I've been scammed before.... Are yall dupes and it was silent so I got nervous. The end was my cup. I do love it so much but the seller had some issues we worked through. Overall I recommend. They were the 3rd site I tried and they did come thru. So they might get a repeat from me. Depending on if they have cute stuff.

Phenomenal service and products.
The customer service was quick and informative, was hit with a random stop from us customs and I reached out to uniqsy and they promptly found the issue and got it resolved for me. The products I received were in mint condition and function phenomenally. Will definitely be continuing to order from them.

This can’t be the Stanley cup everyone is talking about because I put ice in this cup and the ice is melted within two hours. My cheap cup hold ice better than this cup. A waste of my money.
