Had a very pleasant expirience with the support team, they answered fast and fixed the issue i had with unlimited within 2 days

I’ve tried several different platforms for AI video generation, specifically because I wanted to use C-Dance, and Unify has been the one where I’ve actually been able to get the results I was looking for.

At first, I honestly thought the platform or model wasn’t going to work well for what I needed. Then I realized the problem was actually the way I was prompting it. I was being way too literal and trying to explain every single thing that needed to happen in the video. Once I simplified my prompts, explained the general concept I wanted, and gave C-Dance some creative freedom, the difference was huge. It produced an amazing video and ultimately gave me exactly the type of result I had been trying to create.

Another big positive for me is the flexibility when working with human likenesses. That was one of the limitations I kept running into while testing other platforms, so being able to create the type of videos I actually wanted was a major reason I stayed with Unify. It has also been much more budget-friendly than several of the other platforms I tried.

The customer service has also been excellent. I accidentally purchased an annual membership when I meant to purchase monthly, and they immediately corrected it and refunded the difference without making it a hassle. I’ve contacted support a few other times with questions about navigating the platform, understanding how to use certain features, and troubleshooting issues with C-Dance. Every time, they’ve been extremely responsive and genuinely helpful.

There are still occasional quirks with the individual AI models, which is to be expected with this technology, but my overall experience with Unify itself has been really positive. Between the quality I’ve been able to get, the price, the flexibility of the platform, and especially the customer support, I’m very happy with it and plan to continue using it.

Don't promte these scamsters, spread they word. they will file you for defamation if yougive them negative reviews, they are absolute fraudsters.

Я не додумался поискать отзывы до того как оплатил подписку Ultra чтобы получить безлимит.
Первых три генерации изготавливались по 30 минут каждая, а вот четвертая уже 3 часа. Я так понимаю что чем больше генераций, тем дольше ждать.
А теперь деньги потрачены и судя по отзывам, возвращать их нет смысла, потому что их не вернут.

Absolute scam! I signed up for an unlimited seedance 2.5 plan and what i get i one video a day, or sometimes one in 2 days!!! Avoid it!

I used this platform on the Ultra plan, which clearly states that you get unlimited Seedance 2.5 generations for 35 days.

In reality, it is not truly unlimited at all. A single video can take three hours, sometimes even five hours, to generate.

When I asked for a refund, they first told me they would refund only half of the amount, and later they refused to refund anything at all.

In my experience, this platform feels like a scam. I would not recommend dealing with them. You will only waste your time and money.

I purchased the Unlimited plan mainly for Seedance 2.5, which included 35 days of unlimited access. However, the experience has been extremely disappointing.

They call it “Unlimited,” but after submitting a video, I have to wait around 4–10 hours for a single generation. This makes the unlimited feature practically useless for serious creators who need to generate and test multiple videos.

Waiting several hours for just one video is unacceptable. The generation queue is extremely slow, and the overall experience feels misleading compared to what I expected when purchasing the plan.

I would not recommend buying this Unlimited plan if you need fast video generation. Please be aware of the extremely long waiting times before spending your money.

Very disappointing. Don’t buy it unless you are okay with waiting 4–10 hours for a single video.

Scale advertises 7 days of Unlimited Seedance 2.0 at 1080p. In my actual use, a single generation takes approximately 1–3 hours even in the best case. Only one Unlimited generation can be processed at a time, so the advertised 7-day unlimited access becomes practically useless for production work. There is also no actual button to cancel a generation once it is processing — the interface only allows deleting the history entry. Support acknowledged my refund request but said they would review it “in the coming days”, while the 7-day Unlimited period continues to expire.

If you need Seedance for real production volume, I strongly recommend avoiding this subscription. The advertised “Unlimited” access does not reflect the practical throughput I experienced.
