"AVOID" ordered on 23rd February contacted on 28th February about non delivery and replied saying it would be delivered on 1st March via Parcel Force Saturday came and went
still no delivery yet on 3rd March.

Please don't buy anything from this company as you won't receive it

Ordered a couple times from here and I most say there customer service is brilliant had a small stock issue and it was resolved almost immediately! Fast and reliable service.

Bought MTP kit 10 days ago. Still not received. No response from the multiple emails and calls. Delivery stated 2-4 days and no signs at all of the order and no tracking details offered. Would not recommend this company purely for the lack of customer service. If there is a problem communicate it to the customer.

First time customer here! Super quick at replying to emails, got my order out nice & quickly too. Had to send the boots back due to a sizing issue, but they got the replacement pair out the day the first pair were received back by them. Great service, great company to deal with!!

Unfortunately the items did not fit. But one quick reply to my email and it was rectified. Will definitely be using this company again.

I was left very disappointed after ordering a pair of boots and although they stated on the website that they would be delivered within 2-4 working days, they hadn’t even been dispatched by the 4th day. I finally managed to speak to a staff member who ensured me they would try their best to have my order out for NDD they still never bothered to dispatch them. After another multiple unanswered phone calls, I finally managed to speak to a staff member again to get my order cancelled and refunded.
I won’t be ordering from uniform stores again.

I ordered a pair of boots for our son’s cadet training (which we kept) and also a pair of shoes we he’d to return as they were too small. We’ve been in contact with the company to get the money back and never heard back! I would not trust this company again!!

This is one of if not the best places ive bought boots from.
There customer service went above and beyond. I ordered the wrong size and they let me come to there offices and try on different sizes.

I would 100% use them again and recommend them to all collegues.

Ordered a pair of AKU Pilgrim GTX HL boots on 25th Nov with a delivery date of 2-4 working days. It didn’t come in this time frame so emailed them. They said it’s with Royal Mail so should be imminent. Nothing has arrived since. Tried phoning and emailing them but no response. Luckily bought through a credit card so should be able to get the money back. £180 down. Never going back.
