Accessible and well-written information on custom product options made it easy to get exactly what you're looking for. Product materials are very high quality. Automatic email updates keep you informed about the progress of your order, which is always a plus.

The whole process of getting the toy was so fun. I got emails telling me about the toy being "created", how it works, etc. It arrived quickly and the package is discreet, literally you'd never guess it's a sex toy. I went for super soft and surprise me premium and it didn't dissapoint! The colours are so nice and I also got a mystery dildo + a leaflet about care and use.

The product quality was wonderful. Even better was the customer service. I ordered a 2 color marbled tentacle and when the marbling proportions did not come out as I expected Sinnovator (part of UncoverCreations) went over things with me and created a custom color proportion mix which matched how I imagined it should look. They shipped a replacement at no cost. Their customer service can not be beat.

Jouets de haute qualité, formes originales qui procurent beaucoup de plaisir ,et un très bon service client que j'ai pu testé ! je recommanderai avec plaisir des jouets chez eux .

I've purchased 2 products from this brand, and received 2 gifts as well. They have been of excellent quality with a reasonable price and came in very discreet packaging. They also include care instructions to make your purchase last for a long time. Would definitely reccomend this company to anyone!

The quality and detail that went into the toys I recieved was beyond my expectations and I'm throughly so happy and impressed with them! Uncover Creations makes beautiful, high quality, and highly pleasurable handmade sex toys for a variety of different types of play and stimulation. I've ordered two dildos, the Dragon Knot II dildo and the Dragon II dildo, as well as the Tentacle Grinder through this company, and I'm so happy with my purchases. They are beautifully made and some of my fav toys in my collection so far. If you're thinking about buying from Uncover Creations you definitely should go for it! You won't regret it.

This is my second purchase from this creator. The products are excellent quality and a delight to use.

High quality, fully custom items. Great turn around time and discreet delivery.
Their designs are varied, unique, and excellent fun. Highly recommend, even if your normal choice is vanilla!

Amazing! The best! World class!!

The products that I ordered were amazing and the customer service was fantastic.

Also love the companys energy and the clear passion for what they do. It is very inspiring and creates a very welcoming athmosphere.

Definitely going to order from them again and really recommend them for anyone interested in unique custom made sex toys.

Great products and customer service. We own several over their pieces and all shapes and sizes. Very durable and easy to take care of. Customer service is top notch. They were able to work with us on an issue with an order and made it right. Getting ready to place out 4th order with them.

We are both delighted with the high quality, well crafted products. We’ve purchased sleeves from other suppliers but UC have raised the bar with their excellent products, colours range and the options to customise for personnel preferences.

Love the toys I got from these guys, and the speed that they were made and delivered was great for a smaller business. I did pay extra for the expedited process, but it was still quicker than I was anticipating. Their website is great, I love the descriptions and the details about the products were what I found missing from other companies. Their guides also helped me choose the right options for me.

Would definitely buy from them again (actually, I do have another order with them in process!)

Absolutely incredible customer service! I had a question after placing the order and their response was quick.

The product is stunning and so soft!

Great customer service! After a small mistake they took care of it no issues.

Very well made goods and quick delivery. Reasonable prices and good deals.

I absolutely loved my items. They exceeded my expectations and I’m so glad I found out about them on TikTok. I did not know product like this existed. So happy with my purchase.

Amazing product quality, phenomenal customer service, fast and safe shipping. This company has it all. It is more than worth to try their products
