Unusual Products. I have purchased off and on as a personal office user. This with previous owner and now his new start up. I find products dependable and lasting durability. Some products appearing in the catalog are not what I envisioned upon receiving them. The WORST problem is the shipping, Used big boxes for shipping smaller items. All arrived in good shape but such a waste of packaging. Since items come from different warehouses, I am not sure how it could be done different.
I hope they offer full-time customers a deep discount on shipping costs.

This was the first time I had a problem with an order. I contacted Ultimate Office and they got right on it. I received my correct item and they contacted the 3rd party shipped to send me a no charge return label for the items received in error.

The same great service I always expect and receive.

I love these notebooks, it's a diary, bullet journal and sketchpad all in-one. The notebooks were individually packaged, they were packed well in a box, delivery was fast, and checkout was easy.

I have ordered several of the DopuMate Desk Organizers for different offices I have worked in - they always ship promptly - I thought I was missing a small piece in a shipment and called - the customer service lady that helped me was so nice and helpful, she obviously had several calls for the same "missing piece" and was able to tell me exactly where to find it in my package, without exasperation!

I always find it troubling when companies continue to advertise products on their websites, with NO notification UP FRONT that the product is in fact out of stock and/or backordered.
My order with Ultimate Office was placed in late January, and it did not finally ship until about 4 months later. Even though customer's credit card is not charged until the item is shipped, it does not help customers to plan appropriately when not informed at time of order that the item is NOT in stock. I had already placed the order and then received notification from the company (about a week later), via a phone message left on my answering machine, of the backorder situation. No accurate timeline was provided as to when the product was expected to arrive, nor did they bother to keep me apprised of ongoing status -- I had to keep calling them to inquire.

Also, although I like the function and storage capacity of the shelving unit I ordered, I felt it was way overpriced for the "styro" plastic materials of which it is comprised. Assembly instructions were poor.

I used Ultimate Office products in a different school district and loved them. I am now introducing the products to the school district I am now in. I love them!!

Everything from Ultimate Office is top quality. I have never been disappointed. They only carry "The Best"....

Excellent products, quick delivery

The ultimate office desk organizer is great, because it eliminates the need to tape pieces of paper on the wall of offices with telephone numbers. It gives offices a neater look as well as other items being put in a basket and cannot find them in a hurry. I recommend them for busy clerical workers, administrative assistants and supervisors.

The desk organizer is very sturdy and holds a lot of information. It is just the right size to be on office desk and still not be in the way. If you're looking to get more organized, this is definitely the right product.

There was originally an issue with Delivery as there was some sort of problem with shipping to Canada. The service person I dealt with was very friendly and co-operative. Past the initial hiccup the service was excellent. Sometimes when ordering online you can only really test how good a company is when things go wrong. Ultimate Office handle the issue quickly and efficiently. They apologized for the mistake and fixed it in an appropriate time. Great customer service.
