Great service and speedy fitting. Templated and fitting within 3 days!! Very pleased with results.

Excellent company had my kitchen fitted with Corian. Professional job and friendly. Highly recommend.

Cracking job. Templated on Tuesday, fitted on Friday. Not sure you can get faster than that. Very helpful fitters who couldn’t do enough to get it right. Needed a couple of tweaks post fitting which they were more than happy to do. Most helpful set of tradesmen I’ve come across for a long time. Strongly recommend.

Do not get a worktop from this company.

After we had our worktop installed we found that the flat section between our double sink was lower at the front by 3mm which therefore meant that any water that dripped onto this area would track forward and pour onto the floor. Being busy with 2 kids under 2 we just put a towel in the floor to soak up the water and Aimee to deal with it when we got the chance. 2 years passed and February 2021 I finally contacted the company and explained the problem.

After many emails back and forth Eve Mirfin basically told me there was nothing we could do. I was then ignored for 1 month. I then sent her a picture of a spirit level showing the drop of the worktop and that I was happy to pay for someone to come out to look at it. She told me there was nothing wrong with the sink and that that’s just the design and that I just needed to avoid putting water on this section between the 2 sinks!!? I told her I couldn’t believe people put up with this.

I then asked if we could get the sink replaced with a different model which I measured up for (and would be more expensive) where the middle section was lower. I was told this couldn’t be done.

I then reiterated that I was happy to pay for someone to come out to assess the problem. I was then ignored for another month. I called but never got a call back.

I emailed again in May (4 months since the beginning of correspondence) asking if she could pass this to a supervisor, manager or installer.

I have had no reply.

In June I contacted ‘counter production ltd’. Within a day they gave me a couple of options of how to fix the issue. I decided to get a new and bigger sink where the middle section was lower than the worktop. The designs were sent to me the following day and they came out and replaced the sink within 5 weeks. AMAZING service in every respect and I wish I had contacted them in the first place.

So Uk worktops direct 10 year warranty on workmanship and product is a farce and if you buy something from them and get Eve Mirfin then you may aswell just take it as a loss and give up then.

Use ‘counter production ltd’ instead.

After about 4 years we encountered a small issue with the worktop and although the after care at first wasn’t great due to an employee that no longer works there. They managed to turn a negative experience into a very positive one and the issue was sorted out. Credit to the company and in particular to Vas who takes their customer service very seriously. I’d recommend using them as the worktop is great and so is the aftercare if any issues arise.

Great service from start to finish. I was a bit worried with some of the previous bad reviews, but I was assured this was from previous staffing/management which has been restructured.

My experience was positive through all stages, would definitely use again, and recommend to anyone wanting quality worktops and great customer service.

Amazing quality worktops and probably the best customer service

Really good customer service and my worktops look brilliant. From start to finish I was given all the information I needed to make an informed choice on the type of worktop suited for my home. The template and installation team where not only friendly but very professional and quick to install my worktops.

We struggled to get a fixed date to have the worktops fitted once paying the balance. We were then informed at lunchtime that they would not be coming that day and would be in contact to tell us when. No one picks up the phone and they rarely reply to emails. I would strongly discourage anyone to use this company.

Samples are an excellent way of getting an idea of the colour and texture of the worktop, thank you.

Sample sent out quickly customer service and especially Beth 100 per cent will definitely being using for my new work tops.

Ordered samples, these arrived promptly. Still trying to make our minds up on which one to choose. Very likely we will order from them

Having read this company's excellent 'customer testimonials' on its website, we paid a sizeable deposit. We then persevered, in spite of problems and some rudeness from the salesman. We got the right deal in the end, after insistence and an extra payment.

We received poor communication about detailed specification, therefore much undue worry; then no after-sales service. The worktops are good, and well fitted, but the sales process was vague, so misleading to a lay customer, with regard to the type of upstands to be supplied. The whole point of Corian (in my opinion) being to have 'invisible' smooth joins, heat-welded together.

After fitting, our plumber found that the sinks overflow fittings were not securely attached to the Corian sinks. I had to fix this myself in the end. Arlington Worksurfaces only referred me back to the 'independent' (they said) salesman, who did not respond to my several attempts at contacting him, either direct or through Arlington.

I wrote a full and fair review for the company's website, detailing our experiences. The company has not published it. The reviews they publish are all 'glowing'. This seems highly suspicious to me!
