This is complete joke. I couldn’t wait to receive it and when I did, I truly wanted to cry. I wanted it so I could show it to my nephews because they were coming to visit. It was truly a dollar store piece of junk that I spent 3999. I read that it said if there’s any problems, we will be happy to resolve your issue. Well, you can’t get in touch with the company. I emailed the company. My emails didn’t go through. I truly would like to call the Better Business Bureau. This company is taking peoples money and selling a dollar store item. The only problem I have is I trust YouTube and YouTube has this all over their site. I will never purchase anything again from anything advertised on YouTube. I hope somehow this company will be shut down. They are thieves.

The product they sent me was of poor quality and useless. $40 out the door. No communication whatsoever despite several email attempts. Don't waste your time with this company they're selling junk.

Not even close to as advertised. Small, stationary pictures. Waste of money and false advertising. reporting to BBB.

Trying to email is a joke. I got the projector and it’s crap. I spent 66.20 and want my money back. I want to send the product back and can’t because I don’t no where to send it. Advertisement is crap.

total scam bought the add from facebook what i recieved was a small light with slides worth on temu for 1.50 this should be flagged as not bad business but Illegal.. BAIT AND SWITCH><...paypal refunded warning company will say oh were sorry offer 50% to keep item OR option 2 shop their store and they will send the item for free do not fall for it .. its a SCAM/// thank you paypal... its been flagged.. i was refunded immmediately no review by paypal even needed..

I recently purchased Comauo Ocean & Galaxy Projector. But the projector I received is a tiny cheaply made plastic tube only projecting a small light circle onto the ceiling with an unrecognized creature in the center, that is totally different from what has been described on uktrendzone advertisements of projecting lively ocean scenes on entire ceiling of a large room and surrounding walls. The worst part is that the untrendzone only provides an email addresses for contact. When I sent several emails to this email address requesting refund, all my emails were returned back to me, indicating my emails were undeliverable. This lead me to question about untrendzone’s business practices and possible wrong doing/faulty conducts to deliberately cheat and deceive consumers. So, all shoppers, please be advised to avoid purchasing any products from uktrendzone. Upon further research, this uktrendzone company is actually a small trading company in China but setting up a sales office in UK, pretending it is an UK company.

is the worst projector I ever bought and it was nothing like the commercial it said on YouTube it did not move at all. It was very small and it was nothing like I expected. 😡😡😡

Order I received was nothing like the commercial on YouTube. It does not turn you room into an aquarium. You'll receive a a little solid light w/ No Animations. I bought two. "Warning",

I was ripped off like so many others, the product is a cheap joke, and you can't email them. I threw it away. I see the ad on YouTube all the time with the beautiful ocean scene. What a JOKE, but I guess the joke is on us as we'll never get our money back and the scammers are in the wind.

Total BS!!! It's a tiny projector that display a non-moving fish in a tiny rectangle. NOTHING like advertised. I will dispute the charge.

I had the same experience as others whose reviews I read. A magnificent promise and thoroughly disappointing reality. I can’t say for sure but I believe the YouTube ad promised 10x refund if not completely satisfied. An easy promise to make if you don’t offer a way for customers to contact you!

This product was nothing like it was advertised on YouTube. It doesn't look the same as the product on YouTube coming out of the box even. And when I reached out to UK Trend Zone to ask if I can return it I get a message back saying it is not a good email so now I'm stuck with two garbage ocean projectors.

What was advertised is absolutely not what I got when I plugged it in. I got a starfish on my ceiling. That was it. It wasn’t even high definition. Do not buy. I cannot get a hold of customer service for a refund and I paid $50.

I got robbed by uktrendzone.com & youtube for advertising for them i bought a aquarium projectors 3 for £45 or 1 was for £30 but when they arrived they was totally the opposite and the dont reply emails and dont have a returns page of any kind plz dont trust these guys or youtube there init just to make money. This is obviously a scam. I should have checked the reviews first. I also received a confirmation but nothing else.

I purchased the Ocean/Whale projector after seeing the video advertisement. The ad showed a bright, moving, immersive projection that filled the room with animated ocean scenes and claimed a 10x return policy. What I received was completely different.

The projector only displays small, static images on interchangeable discs. The whale image is not animated, the projection is nothing like the advertisement, and it certainly does not create the immersive experience shown in the promotional video.

This product was misleadingly advertised. I would not have purchased it if the advertisement had accurately shown what was actually being sold.

I have contacted the company requesting a refund because the product does not match the advertising and I expect them to honor their advertised return policy.
