this company must be reported they are rude, oh ordered an 800 pound sofa I got it all broken and now I'm going crazy to get my money back and they take this sofa back ... I ask a favor from all the people who have had problems with them to join and do something it is not right to be fooled like this and give money after making sacrifices to buy something ... help me ... thanks

Delivery was prompt and the bed arrived as promised. Incredible quality, absolutely over the moon with it.

I bought a bed from them and the quality and material is perfect and amazing and really made me in love with this bed , it has the best design and the material is very soft the best in Uk

This company steals photos and passes the products off as their own. I received a bed that is completely different to the one I purchased. It also arrived marked and missing screws.

Ordered a sofa arrived and was damaged contacted and a guy called Adam advised he would look into this for me haven’t heard a word since that has been 6 weeks ring all the time no answer email no reply this company is a fraud it’s a scammer company! I have contacted the police on this matter for fraud! The sofa was terrible but I want my money back that’s all I care about I have a baby! BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS FRAUD!

omg i read the reviews and was sooo sceptical but wowww ive had my corner sofa 3 weeks now it is bloody beautiful!!! so so comfy and soft and what a bargain for £699😍 so impressed the delivery was so quick too!!!

Don't even deserve 1 star - Tried to cancel my order before they even delivered and they refused - I had to cancel the shipment myself - then tried to only refund 50% which I refused, they then changed this to 20% and tried to take off delivery charge too leaving me with less than half of what I paid ... been emailing back and forth for over 2 weeks - its an absolute joke

I have ordered a sofa on 2nd February still haven't received it now there telling me it was delivered to a guy they were going back to pick it up and retrun to me I'm still waiting have try over and over to contact them no response I wouldn't order from here again

Bought a sofa and was given the wrong piece and have struggled with trying to get this resolved.

Quality of sofa is average but their customer care is appalling and l was spoken to in a very unprofessional manner when l had waited in all afternoon for the item to be delivered only to be told “do you want to pick it up yourself then?”

I’ll never use this company nor do l recommend it, cheap prices granted but disgusting business ethics!!!

These people are scammers, they do not reply to emails. Do not buy from here it is a fake.
They will take your money then not deliver any goods. There is a mobile number that is permanently switched off so no way of contacting!!

Love my new bed! This website is such good value for money, id been looking at beds for months and even with the black Friday/ January sales they were a LOT more than I paid for this. I messaged them a couple of times to ask questions and they responded within a couple of days and everything was nice and easy. Only thing I would improve is it they offered an option to make it up for an extra fee but we got there in the end and I love it! Would 100% use this company again.

Ordered and waited no delivery, tried to contact them and no reply. Nobody answers the phone or replies to emails. Still have no sofa, no refund as I can't even get hold of them for that. Now letting my bank deal with it.

Order one sofa . I was giving a refund the same day . I was guessing the colour was out of stock as on looking on their website a line was now throu the colour I ordered . A bit put out, but fair enough . I reordered the sofa in a different colour .After 6 days again I was giving a refund explaining it was advertised a the wrong price now it was double the advertised prise . ???
Do yourself a favour and don't waste your time . No correspondence to email or texts and don't answer the phone . Which is only a mobile .if I could rate this reveiw no stars I would .

Communication is great until you want a refund. Ordered a bed with parts that did not match and I’ve been ignored whilst they still upload on their social media. Oh and don’t bother calling them. The phone number is non-existent. Very unprofessional.

UPDATE: They managed to email me asking me why I left a negative feedback on here. Yet still no refund information. Weirdest company I’ve ever had to deal with.

You will have to end up claiming a charge back so do not bother.

Communication is shocking. Ordered sofa paid £30 deposit then was texted to say I was undercharged £200 and asked to pay more for my sofa. I refused and after them sending random messages pleading me to place an order I asked for my £30 and cancelled my order. I have not received my £30 back and the sofa delivery has not come. AVOID.

I love the bed, communication was excellent, I had a wrong part but it was replaced immediately. Thank you
