Disappointing Communication and Delayed Delivery
I ordered a sign on 11th April 2026 and, as of today, I still haven’t received it. During this time, I’ve had to call the company twice for updates, while the order status on their website continued to say it was still “in the studio.”
I’ve just spoken to them again and have now been told it’s finally out for delivery and should arrive by Tuesday or Wednesday next week. We’ll see.
Very disappointing that there has been no proactive communication or updates throughout the process, and that I’ve had to keep chasing for information myself.

I can confirm your order has now been delivered. Our standard lead time is clearly stated on both the product page and at checkout as being up to 24 working days, as each item is made to order.
In this case, there was a small additional delay beyond the standard production timeframe, and I apologise for the inconvenience this caused.
While we do always aim to dispatch within the advised timescales, occasional delays can unfortunately occur during busy periods.
I also appreciate your comments regarding updates during the process, and I’m sorry you felt you had to chase for information.

Hanging Signs for Wedding Venue
We needed some hanging signs for our wedding venue at short notice and UK Sign Shop stepped up to the plate, getting the design sorted and spun around on the same day, with the signs landing 7 days from ordering. They were well packed and good quality - just the job!

2 pieces of acrylic for £50 with poor customer service
The product ordered was 2 house name signs. £50 for 2 pieces of 3 x 50 x 300 mm acrylic. Screen printed name with off center lettering, apparently within tolerance. Expensive for less than £10 worth of materials and a lack of eye for detail. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

The signs supplied were produced to the exact size and specification selected during the ordering process, and the live artwork preview approved prior to purchase showed the layout, spacing, and proportions of the text as it would appear on the finished product.
Following your concerns, we carefully reviewed the photos provided and confirmed that the finished signs matched the approved preview.
We also requested additional measurements/photos regarding the claim that the text was off-centre so we could investigate this further, however these were not provided.
We always aim to assist customers wherever possible and take product quality seriously, but in this case the order was manufactured in line with the approved artwork and specification chosen at checkout.

Unfortunately, the courier delivery took an additional day longer than expected, with the parcel arriving on Saturday rather than Friday.

I was sceptical however I sent an email and they responded pretty quickly, took just over a week for my sign to come. Quality of the sign is very high and it comes with some really good good fixings. I will use again and recommend this place.

Great choice.
Easy to order on website with plenty of options to customise the sign. Sign itself seems well made and whilst easy to put together, including a simple set of instructions would be more useful than providing a QR code. (Lets face it, this doesn't save paper as most people will print them and take them outside to the garage anyway!)
