Expected experience fraught with issues, delays and hassle, What a super slick service experience greeted me.
Living abroad, my UK passport expiring was forever a loaming dreaded experience. Even looked to fly to UK and do the fast track, as just so much could go wrong. But I eventually bit the bullet and decided to start the process early (passport not due to expire till Juen 2024). But for the US you need 6 months on your passport and visiting the UK at Christmas meant they might cause issues. So here goes. The online part was super easy (well getting the system to accept my photo took some time, but David Bailey I am not) but eventually the computer said YES, great. So, complete the form. I opted to pay for a standard courier to send in the document, wanted tracking etc, it cost but was worth the peace of mind. The updates from the office were excellent, knew each step of the process, we have your documents, we are reviewing, reviewed complete and progressing to printing, document being returned, then a tracking number etc. All great one thing i have not mentioned is the timeline, so from me submitting my application ( I sent the next day) to having my new passport in hand was....... 18 days (bet you were not expecting that, me neither). I could not believe it; I had heard of 12-15 weeks wait. But I can honestly say what a simple, straightforward, efficient service. For once a UK Government department knocked it out of the park. Exceptional service!
I applied online and the Durham passport office received my old passport on the 10th August - my new passport came on the 18th!
Excellent communication from start to finish.
I am glad they use TNT for delivery - put my mind at ease.
They returned my old passport a few days later.
Very pleased indeed!

applied for child's first passport since 7th july and nothing yet
i applied for my child first passsport on 7th july all documents sent and was updated last on 24july and since then nothing has been done,no passport print yet.

Very quick and prompt delivery.
Easy communication through WhatsApp once received email.
Nice and polite when speaking to them. Gave me updates on my passport via WhatsApp.
Told me my passport had been posted. After a while they contacted me again to see if I'd received my passport and would I mind giving them a review. I can not fault them one bit, I would have given 5 stars but there is always room for Improvement. That's the reason for the 4 star review but believe me Improvement aside definitely 5 stars from me.

Good luck trying to get a refund paid…
Good luck trying to get a refund paid fast track appointment of £160 on 23rd of may but it kicked me out and sent me to the beginning again but took my money rang them for days finally 5th of June said they were issuing a refund, 3 weeks later still no refund to ring them again and again and told rubbish to then be told they didn’t send the refund and didn’t no why it wasn’t sent then on the 23rd of June was sending the refund again as last wasn’t sent and oh yes you guessed it shocker nearly 3 weeks later again still no refund so so far it’s been nearly 6 weeks and still no refund honestly shocking

Only minus point is that ParcelCompare Ltd puts value of the documents, so UPS charges VAT & some administrative costs which came to aditional £10.

From a sceptic - it was perfect from beginning to end.
You know those "too good to be true" situations? Here was a company offering a virtual overnight passport replacement and I was out of options, so took it. Paid the not meager sum and genuinely believed I had a 50-50 chance of being scammed.
They were amazing. Communication was faultless, and everything happened exactly as offered, and planned. Gets my unqualified recommendation.

Renewed my passport online and arranged to collect from the office in London, such a smooth process. On the day of my appointment I was expecting to be waiting around etc but in and out within 5 minutes.
The new office is so easy to get to and I highly recommend this express service, yes it is a bit expensive but ideal if you don't have a lot of time to wait for the standard service - I will always use this service in the future

I have been overcharged by £75.00
I have been overcharged by
£75.00 for my two passports.I have contacted the HMSO.passport Head office in Wales.and are dealing with this fraudulent over payment.And my bank has been informed of this.I have checked my bank statement.and I was given the wrong cost by You!!! therefore I am demanding a refund as for £75.pounds.I will take this further and as being a government agent you are defrauding your customers.......

I phoned this company and spoke to Ahmed on Bank holiday Monday as I had lost my passport and needed an urgent replacement- Tuesday of the following week - 8 days later !! I received my new passport.

Lost passport replacement in record time
I came across this company after having lost my passport and going into a bit of a tailspin as I was travelling again within 2 weeks so needed a new passport in the quickest time possible. The process started with a phone call where I sent them everything on WhatsApp and they said they would deal with everything on my behalf. After a few days I received a tracking number which wasn’t coming up with anything so I started worrying the whole thing was a scam! Luckily a couple of days later the tracking number was working and just a couple of days after that my new passport came in the post! So just a week and a day all in, amazing!
