British Passport Renewal
I recently had to renew my British Passport in Australia , and a very helpful young lady , named Robyn was designated to assist me . She was exceptional kind and professional , and my passport took 8 days to get here , faster than getting an item from the Eastern States of Oz , which can take weeks . Dealing with the passport Office was a pleasant experience .

A renewed passport in a week!
The online renewal system works brilliantly if it's a straightforward renewal and you use the digital photo route.
Digital photo taken Wednesday pm at a local photographic shop, application completed on line Thursday am, old passport sent off Friday pm, new passport received Wednesday pm. Amazing and full credit to the renewals service team.
I'm now annoyed though, I could have booked that heavily discounted cruise leaving next week!

Very quick turnaround.
Not travelling for months so no rush but received new passport within 10 days of sending my old passport by post.
I was kept informed of progress by text.
So much easier online, I remember renewing it about 10 years ago and that was a nightmare.

Passport office workers themselves were very helpful, however they have this outsourcing company from this number 01753 204983, and the (don’t wish to swear)person put the phone down on me. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.
Found other comments on Reddit , the same happened to other customers. Appalling behaviour.
My question will be why my taxpayer money are given to useless subcontractor companies?

Very helpful and efficient
After some initial misunderstanding on my part, the relevant documentation was found and sent off. Following that submission, I was kept informed on a frequent basis and the passport was even delivered here on a Sunday.

I would give a 0 if I could. My story starts that I needed urgently my sons passport within 2 days on 15th December called Liverpool passport office and asked is any chance I can get my sons passport as soon as possible I have to mention it child’s 11 years old renewal I did agree to pay extra and the answer were NO unfortunately he missed 2 weeks holidays abroad and Christmas with family. We were in tears and devastated in meanwhile I found out there is service in Peterborough where sometimes you have to wait 4 hrs and you get a passport the same day. How unprofessional staff can be if they don’t know simple things and no any information provided. Do they really have to work in passport office. I didn’t spend my Christmas as all family for a first time. I will make a complain as well. That lady definitely need some training, I called around 11-11.30am.

Huge Thank You
The British Passport Office on this occasion deserve a pat on the back. We were in a bit of a predicament of which I won’t bore you with but to cut a long story short we were desperate for a replacement passport which had some specific issues on application.
Thinking we would have a much longer anxious wait to find out what would happen, 8.20am on 2nd January. We got the approval, then about 4 hours later it had been printed and was to be delivered the following day. It arrived on time. Thank You

Very poor service charged £250 for a service which should have cost £125.This is not part of the passport office it is a separate service and a scam. I didn’t get my sons passport back for weeks and ended up having to go to the main office in Peterborough four times before I could get my passport for my son. They promised everything and as soon as things went wrong they didn’t reply to my calls or messages. I missed my flight for holiday and had to rebook and it was a large family holiday ruined by the poor service of this company. I would not use this company again and would like to make it very clear to other people you are best to do it directly with the passport office. This company do not have anything to do with the passport office and will not help you if things are delayed.

Very smooth process
I paid extra for the expedited service which was quite expensive, but I can't complain about the quality of the service. Very helpful via WhatsApp messaging, prompt delivery, good communication throughout.
