At the time your order was placed, the product was clearly marked on our website as out of stock. This information was also confirmed to you shortly after ordering so you were aware of the lead time in advance.
Admittedly, there was a slight delay in the stock arriving with us from our supplier, and as soon as it reached our warehouse your order was dispatched.

while the product they sell is good
while the product they sell is good, their delivery system is very poor. I got part of my order in good time, but the rest of it four days later. there seemed to be no reason that they could'nt be in the same package.

We’re pleased to hear you’re happy with the radiator itself, but we’re genuinely sorry that the delivery of the second parcel let you down. As we explained in our emails, all parcels were dispatched together, however one parcel was unfortunately misrouted within the courier’s network which unfortunately caused an unforeseen delay. While this was outside our control, we completely understand that from your perspective it simply feels like your order arrived in two parts with no clear reason, which is frustrating.
We always aim for complete orders to arrive together and on time, and it’s disappointing for us as well when a courier issue prevents that from happening.

Poor service
Ordered an anthracite electric radiator, paid for, got an email saying they were getting it ready to dispatch. We waited 9 days but didn’t get any follow up email saying it was on its way so we contacted them. We are told they don’t have the radiator in stock and could only offer alternative, different colour. If this is the case, how long would they have left this without letting us know??? Poor service.

The website should have stated that the item was out of stock when you purchased, so I apologise if this was not showing correctly when your order was placed. Also, the stock issue should have been communicated to you much sooner, and we fully understand your frustration at only being offered an alternative after the delay.
As confirmed directly, your order has been cancelled and refunded in full. While we appreciate that this does not undo the inconvenience caused, we do hope it demonstrates that we have acted promptly to resolve matters once raised.

The new radiator arrived bang on time…
The new radiator arrived bang on time and was stunning cheap! (£37. Wow!) The builder installed it the following day.
My only complaint is the instruction manual is complicated. A simpler guide would have been very welcome!

I couldn't find many stainless steel…
I couldn't find many stainless steel bathroom radiators and didnt want the usual chrome one that rusts in a steamy room. This one is perfect, looks good quality, not fitted as yet but am sure it'll look great. Very fast delivery and an excellent price 👌
