Over all the experience was ok the…
Over all the experience was ok the actual paintball game was the game.
The only issue I would say was the chap giving the instruction he spoke so fast that you couldn’t really understand him safety point right.
Further more on the start of the PM game children were aiming to ever into the live zone where masks need to be worn only at the very last moment were they spotted however could of been a very different outcome come.
A few safety measures need to be implemented along with clearer instruction from the head marshal over seeing the game

We were late due to an accident on the motorway, the staff were amazing getting us straight on.

Luis - friendly and efficient
Got through to Luis with a last minute group booking. Luis able to confirm availability and book us in there and then. The process was quick and painless, made easier by Luis friendly demeanor.

Perfect booking experience
I made my initial enquiry via the booking line, the advisor Luis was great at recomending the best site for my party of 20 to attend, taking into account logistics of travel to the venue. The whole booking experience and follow up was great. Thanks to Luis once again for the smooth process.

So easy to book and excellent customer service.
Booked for my granddaughters birthday and her friend, the customer service and booking process was a breeze. Andrew answered all my questions, communication via WhatsApp was brilliant and made the process so easy! Can't fault the process at all.
